Bought a gas stove with installation 10pm I’m standing outside for a hour and a half waiting for the gas company The gas was leaking from both ends of the connection should of know they had to borrow tools to do the job (wrenches) and standard ones at that geez. We left after installation meanwhile our house was filling up with gas this could of been deadly Not Professional At All Home Depot hires this out and needs to better vet contractors dealing with GAS!

The flooring department at this Home Depot is amazing. If you are having trouble picking out tile or carpet, they gave me great choices.

This store has the most professional advice of any’ store I have shopped in. You can’t find any better store than this Home Depot.

The store is well stocked. Most of the employees are helpful and friendly. Just ignore the ones who won’t even acknowledge you and are quite rude and disrespectful. Get the employees name who is not doing their job and report them!! Don’t hold your bad employee experience against the store as most of the employees are good people with courteous and friendly dispositions and willing to help in a professional manner.

The only problem I had today was got my stuff.Went to check out and told her Hannah that I get a military discount and showed her my card.I spent $142.00 and when I got home I saw she did not give me my discount. Other then that It was ok.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and help I received from your store associates. especially Jim who was on the floor and Meghan the cashier they were more than helpful to me.

The employees seemed not very knowledgable, were always in a hurry, at times rude an d more worried about their break times and leaving on time to go home than in helping customers.

Every time I go the staff are all ways helpful and friendly. I just wish I had the money to buy more products but I have to work my but off to hav enough money to buy anything. Since it is a big company most things cost a good amount but that’s how things are now in this world. But would definitely tell people to check this store out.

Annie in the paint department did an outstanding job at helping me get the correct paint and supplies to complete my home painting project. She went above and beyond what she needed to, too make sure I had everything I would need.

Jerry “The Tool Man” took great care when helping me.

Flooring Specialist Brittany Turpin Spent a lot of time making sure our carpet quote was loaded correctly. She did a great job.

Have been in a few Home Depot stores in west-central Indiana. For the most part, they are all okay, but the one in Crawfordsville is the best. Clean, organized and most friendly associates.

Store is clean, service courtesy great, questions answered quickly.

Jeffrey Jones is very good at assisting his customers! Store was also very clean, and the cashier was very nice!

If you are in need of choosing a new paint color, visit this store and ask for Annie! She provided knowledge and assistance without being asked and made our visit wonderful!!

Best selection of flooring around. Nice young man volunteered to help load it for me. Bought 40 bundles of vinyl plank and 15 pieces of lumber. Much appreciated!
