Even though we did not go to the store in person, the customer service from an employee named Kesiah was outstanding! She was very patient and kind, when talking to us about an hour, trying to resolve our online ordering problem. She hung in there and got our problems solved with a kind voice and patient demeanor.

I love this Home Depot! It’s only 2 miles from my house so it’s very convenient. They always have what I’m looking for and more. My girls always buy Home Depot gift cards for my birthday and Christmas because it’s my favorite place to shop.

It is a pleasure to shop at this store and that is mainly because of the people they have working there. All of them that I've had interactions with have been knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Many have provided me with awesome customer service, including Sarah in the paint department and Amy in Customer Service. They have gone above and beyond my expectations to insure that I am well pleased with my shopping experience. The quality of the people working in a business will either make it or break it and these folks are the ones making it. I hope Home Depot realizes this and rewards their people for their efforts.

I had a problem and customer service was quick to help and to solve my problem. The store is always clean and the clerks are helpful.

We received great service from Thomas Andrews. He assisted us in purchasing a large item for our bathroom. He loaded and got it in our truck and was so friendly. He has a bright future in customer sales. So helpful. We appreciate very much!

This Home Depot has employees who actually know how to help with building needs. The pricing was better than we had anticipated. We are blessed to have a local Home Depot with a friendly and well trained staff.

I just want to say is... Finally I can get some service at the Prodesk. Came in Friday picked up my order Stephanie or Stef put on her gloves and helped me load. Actually new her stuff when it came to shingles and sold me also some roofing nails that I forgot. Which saved me another trip and job time. Definitely have not seen her before but great knowledge, great attitude and just all around helpful, she was the only one at the desk while the phones were ringing but still made time to help me. Will definitely be back.

The Home Depot in Dahlonega is like one giant hardware store from the 50s with knowledgeable, helpful folks working there who ask the right questions and seem to take great pride in their store and in their professional knowledge. Home Depot should bring their other managers to Dahlonega and just have them walk around and shop and observe how it’s done - because someone definitely has the special sauce in Dahlonega. This Home Depot is exactly the type of place Bernie Marcus, Arthur Blanck and Ken Langone had in mind when they created the company and why they have been so successful.

Out of all the Home Depots I have ever shopped, Dahlonega Home Depot is by far the most helpful and friendly! I love our store, town, and hospitality!

They have the best and most kindest employees compared to any store I have ever been too. I'm so greatful and happy that every employee that has ever helped me had so much respect and was just so awesome at helping me. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Store was a mess. Aisles were stacked with merchandise making it very difficult to get around and impossible to social distance. Approximately half of the customers were not wearing masks and there was no effort being made to correct that. When I complained about the aisles to a clerk, her response was—“ I didn’t put it there”. Very helpful! Apparently Home Depot feels COVID isn’t a problem! I will make every effort to avoid this store and buy everything I can on line through someone else.

I have never been disappointed with this store or any of the employees, (Manger, Asst. Mangers, Dept. Heads, Cashiers, etc.) Easy to shop in and find what you are looking for and friendly willing employees to help if needed. A good representative of what you would hope to find in Dahlonega Ga.

Normally I would rate this store 5 stars And I am giving it 3 not so much because of this particular store but the policy that The Home Depot has in place for Veterans Discount. Because all I had for proof was my VA identification card, my DD214 and my Georgia veterans drivers license I was not qualified for a $25 discount from a multi billion company. The fact of serving over 5 years in the 60's and 70's isn't good enough for them. If I am not mistaking The Home Depot proclaims how they try to hire veterans which is great but when it comes to giving all veterans a little break at the cash register, not so great. I must add that after telling the cashier that I did not want to follow through with my purchase and started to leave another employee intervened and I was eventually granted my $25.30 discount and was told "just this one time!".

The HD employees are always friendly and helpful. I can always find what I’m looking for and with Covid-19 I feel comfortable going into HD.

Ed, the associate that assisted us was very polite and helpful. He helped us make our selections, helped us get checked out and load the merchandise in our vehicle. Very professional!!!

This is a good store conveniently located for folks in Lumpkin, north Dawson, and northeast Hall counties. A few years back, the store was plagued with mixed parts in plumbing, electrical, and hardware, but they must have a new manager because that seems to be a thing of the past. If I get a wrong pipe fitting now, it's because I'm not paying attention.
