The store was very clean, our cashier Patricia in the garden Department was not at all friendly. Did not greet us, smiling was not going to happen. Was not going to offer information, like thank you, just drive up to the parked semi trailers to pick up your pine straw, and I’ll be happy to get you some assistance... our first time buying it so we did not have a clue where to go.

Friendly and helpful associates. Dale noticed we were not familiar with store layout and offered his assistance. He was most helpful in picking out the right size fan first and then walked with us to get other supplies. He gave solid installation advise and made sure everything would work together. Thank You!

The staff is always friendly, store is always clean and there are always lots of product options!

The HD store in Dahlonega, Georgia is by far the best HD store I have ever shopped. I don't know if it is the location or the employees, but I can not say one bad thing about this store. Everyone is knowledgeable about all items in the store and they are always willing to find something for you. On my last trip in the Dahlonega Store I asked a lady in the paint department for an item I was searching for and she not only knew where it was in her department, she took me down the aisle to locate the items and then suggested purchasing the painter overalls as well and also extra cartridges for the respirators. Hope Marcia Mohler-Steele gets recognized for her find service for your company and maybe even a raise.

My only complaint about this store is that they don't have tool rentals, for that I have to go to Dawsonville. Shout out to Barb and Blair. Thanks to Barb for telling me my wife was looking for me in another area.

I went to this store to get supplies to build shelves. My wife had found a picture on Pinterest that she wanted me to emulate. It involved various fittings and pipes. I felt quite foolish shopping for such a project, but Scott stepped in and helped me plan everything perfectly. He gave me pointers on saving money, and even took the time (about 45 min.) to cut down a large pipe into 6 individual threaded pieces. He would stop mid-job to let me measure and to give me advice on "next steps." Exceptional customer service here! This is my favorite store.

Dahlonega Home Depot has been a "Tool" that my husband and I have relied on for the last 6 years when we moved here from Florida. This store is consistent in its service to the people in this area. The employees are always available and friendly. The shelves always have what it says they have when we check on line. When we are in the middle of a project we probably drive there two to three times, and it is never time wasted.

My car battery died and Trevor along with two other male employees helped me buy a new car battery from your store and installed it in my car, wonderful customer service: thank you all for your help

You rejected my review the first time. Wow this is par for the course your cashier was a unpleasant experience and not your not handling things any better.

The store was clean and well organized, as usual. My wife and I needed help in choosing a refrigerator, and we received assistance from a superb Home Depot associate on 10/23/19. The associate was informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. We are very happy with our purchase and the overall buying experience. Thanks to your outstanding appliance associate!!

In a large purchase of last year, there was terrific problems with the internet (using Dahlonega AND Blairsville stores). Even the employees had problems. I also have great difficulty with your internet in the use of my name and password. I am often required to create a new password. I don't have these problems with any other merchant online.

This store is consistently a positive experience for me. Its always well staffed, so help is readily available, and its well stocked.

Was misinformed about a clothes dryer that we came in to purchase. We were told had not been used or even been out of the store. Got the dryer home. Lint in dryer plus screws missing! Tried to phone to speak to management and was told they were in a meeting. Haven't heard from them yet. Not a Happy Customer.

Good store-just stay out of garden area. Employee on phone and can't be bothered to get you help.

Everything about shopping at the Dahlonega Home Depot is wonderful.

The employees are always willing to assist with anything needed (or not), and they always have a smile for you. Most products I purchase from this location are pretty much always in stock. I also get to utilize my retired military discount which is an added extra bonus. The cost/price of most items seem to be better than comparable to other hardware/home-type outlets. Also, the Dahlonega location is not all that far from where I live, which is another bonus for me. Thank you.

I stop by several different stores. My preference is the Dahloenga home depo store. I always get friendly service.
