Very possibly, the WORST Home Depot location in and around the Chicagoland area. Customer service is non-existent. They are disrespectful to their customers, they don't care how long the lines are as they never open additional checkout lines and they don't allow self-service checkout. So, your waits in line are long and you are not rewarded with any "thank-you's" when you're done. And, this location has been this sad for a long time, so this review will probably go in vain. But, yesterday's visit was yet another reminder of how sad and pitiful this store is. And, it's unfortunate because I enjoy shopping at Home Depot--just not at this location.

This store has great customer service. There pretty desk associates are the most helpful and professional associates I’ve come across.

I’ve never had a problem here

Shopping at this store is always a great experience. I own my own construction company so I am here shopping on a basically daily basis. I would like to thank the associates at the Service Desk for all their hard work with helping find the products I need, orders, and setting up delivery services when needed. They are great at what they do and are always efficient.

I visit this Home Depot store often and I am always treated with respect and friendliness. Everyone here goes above and beyond to help me. Especially the loading dock associates. I frequently purchase big orders and they are always so helpful and available when I need them with no complaints.

I came to the store on 3/04/2021 and I could not find a item. The staff Marie Ward came over to assist me. She was friendly and she found the item that I was looking for.. Donald came and put all of my items in the car. He was so friendly. He and Marie made my day. This is why I shop at Home depot

Treshon, the associate, had gone beyond the call of duty. He represents the company well. He was a huge blessing in meeting my needs. The store had the product I needed. Even though the ice melter was selling like hot cakes I was pleased there was enough.

Worst employee's I've ever experienced. I've been going to this Home Depot for over a decade now, unfortunately, and I can count on 1 hand how many times I was treated well by the employees. It has gotten a lot worse in the last 2 years though. Most have no idea what proper workplace attitude is. I dont think they are being supervised properly. They give you sooo much attitude for just asking for something they are being paid to do. I am usually in a decent mood most days, but when I have to go to this store I know I'll be coming out worse then when I went in. If you can choose another Home Depot I would. Or a certain other store is right down the block as well.

The app is always my best friend when I’m doing my shopping items are always well organized. When ever I can’t find an item on the shelf the staff is always ready to help out!

If You're looking for appliances, see Malaise, or Louise in kitchens and Bath! Those Ladies help went above and beyond! I went on two separate occasions, and both times, each employee was a Great Help!
