I appreciate the service I get at the store thanks home depot.

Why are there so many young adults employed there, but DO NOT WANT TO DO ANY WORK!!!!!

The shopping carts should be changed up for people with Disability's Employees Should Know Where The Products Are Located In The Store To Cut Down Time Spent Looking For Items nasty and rude employee's should have patience with people with disabilities like myself

My order was an online/pick up in store request. The items I requested were in stock. I put my husband down as the person picking up the items. Employees are courteous and very helpful.

The store is centrally located, clean, well stocked and its setup is very easy to follow. The sales people are very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I've been in two other Home Depot Stores but I love this Home Depot the best.

Very unprofessional, horrible customer service

This store had all of my items and the cashier Barbara is very pleasant and knowledgeable!

I am a general contractor for past 18 years. I have shopped in many many many home improvement stores all over the state and sometimes out of state as well. Home Depot is my first choice if I have an option. But this particular location has the worst customer services and cashiers. Whenever I’m working in the area, I have no choice but to shop at this location. It’s just bad service every time!!

Worst customer service ever and not able to locate what I came for and no one was there to assist. Dirty store. And unfriendly, not helpful staff.

If you have to deal with the some of the employees at this Home Depot, be prepared to have your heart rate go way up! Some of the employees have very bad attitudes. They act as if they are upset you are shopping, like...Why did you have to shop today? If they are not expressing this angry, nonchalant, non-caring attitude with their mouth, then it will be expressed in their body language. No one ever ask you if you need help. This store would be better if the employees cared about doing their job. You even find these bad attitude in customer service. I was told to walk to the other end of the store to purchase three items while I was at customer service picking up a special order. Unbelievable.

My husband and I visited Home Depot on 87th & Dan Ryan the staff was wonderful. They answered all our questions with no problem. everyone was very helpful.Taking us from aisle to aisle to help us find our products, load our carts and helped us to our car. Wonderful staff with wonderful customer service skills.

Worst customer service I have ever had!

Everyone at this store is always helpful. The people at the Pro Desk are always polite and make my shopping experience great. It is nice to walk into the store and have associates happily helping me.

The store was clean, and the staff are helpful and courteous. The service is unexpectedly great, for a busy city store. The Pro desk has really improved over the years, I am impressed with the professionalism.

The Pro desk staff is absolutely wonderful Amber the supervisor keeps the department clean and organized always staffed never have to wait too long for anyone to check you out very good with answering questions for you and helping you with your ideas for your project suggesting things you may need that you may not have thought about at that time Charles ,Tanya and Demetrius at the pro desk are absolutely an access to that Department they are so helpful all the time I go there at least six days out of the week and maybe two or three times out of a day and I absolutely have a great experience each and every time I go .Thank you pro desk

This store has great customer service

I always have a great experience at this store when I go. Enrique is always helpful when I need something. He goes above and beyond in order to achieve and meet my needs. He gives me courtesy calls when needed and is always respectful and mindful of my time, especially when making deliveries. I always enjoy my time at this store. The associates there are always so friendly and make you feel welcomed.

Every time I shop at this location I am always satisfied with the service I receive. I am an Independent General Contractor and I am always looking for a company that can help me efficiently when I order building materials or other things. I am always running around to be sure to get what I need and everyone at this home depot location is always helpful and extremely patient with me. I am especially grateful for the associates at the Pro Desk. They are always willing to go above and beyond for me and always meet my needs. Some times I am in a hurry and they are always patient and very helpful to be sure I am serviced in a timely manner.

Home Depot service their customers in so many ways. As a homeowner I have had emergency after emergency and home depot came to my rescue. This is the store to contact for your home/apartment needs great prices as well, great staff everyone!!!
