I have been shopping at this particular store for 15 years and have never had a bad experience, the employees have always been kind and helpful all through the store, from the aisles to the customer service desk and right up to the register!

Had a complicated issue draining basement spa our garage. Staff person was friendly, there was a lot of staff available AND the staff person who served me was highly knowledgeable and helped me trouble shoot and get every item I needed!

This store is clean and the staff is helpful. Fast and convenient.

I've been to many HomeDepot locations across the tri-state area for work. This is and has consistently been my favorite location to shop.

If looking to remodel kitchen, this store has extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff for all aspects of remodeling. Great help. Would definitely recommend them.

5/9 I placed an order for door, windows, lumber and hardware for delivery. All items were in stock items and I was told 10 days and to be there. 5/19 delivery window 6am-8pm and I gave them both mine and my wife's number though I was told they do not call when it comes from the store, being stocked. They do have my address and email on the invoice as well. I took the day off and waited all day - no delivery, call, message or email. When I contacted HD support at the end of the day I was told that they attempted delivery and called - I was in front of my house all day and there were no calls or messages to either number - or email. I asked how quickly I can get it and it will be 7-10 days. I have a siding guy waiting to start and need to get the door, windows and deck in. If you can not deliver the product - just say so and I can go elsewhere. And don't lie to me about calling and attempting to deliver. At least fix your mistake and get me the product I paid for.

Friendly staff and very helpful that goes beyond, the store was organized and found everything I needed.

Clean well organized parking lot. Plenty of seasonal items and seasonal sales. Efficient and courteous personnel. Small Plumbing and electrical items are sometime hard to find because the items end up in the wrong bins.. Need to have more knowledgeable people in these departments.

I will back at this store every time I need something for my house. This store is clean and it has everything you need. The associates are very helpful. I would recommend this store!

Before going to the store I did my research and found that the item I wanted to buy as indicated on your app was located at Customer Service, Bay 4. Customer Service reps sent me to the isle with the light bulbs and the person in light bulbs sent me all the way back to where the other thermostats are being sold and they were not there either. Meanwhile I'm walking all over the store in in crutches trying to find an item that was in the front of the store to begin with. NOT FUN. It took the 5th store employee to tell me that I had to go to register and ask for that item and then they didn't have sufficient stock as indicated on their phone app.

I find the Derby store is normally better stocked than other locations. They also have excellent loaders.

plumbing very disorganized

Today we went into Home Depot looking for a particular screw for a old door knob we have. As we were walking through the store we ran into a associate Vickie she asked if we needed any help not only did she help us she went above and beyond! She got on the floor with us and looked through each drawer of screws looking for the right screw we needed she even opened the package of the door knob so we could compare the screws to be sure we got the right size! Ultimately they did not have the screw and we ended up buying the knob again but that’s ok we still left feeling satisfied because of the lengths Vickie went through trying to help us find what we needed. If you find yourself lost at derby Home Depot ask for Vickie she will definitely go above and beyond helping you too!!! Thanks again Vickie we appreciate you!!!!!

EVERY TIME I SHOP HERE IT'S A GREAT EXPERIENCE.EVERYONE IS SO HELPFUL AND KIND.

I personally think that this store is more equipped than other Home Depots

I went to purchase a washing machine.. I knew which one I wanted . The associate that help me .. was helpful and took care of everything that was needed. The only issues I had was the time I had to wait for delivery of washing machine. 10days? Item to be delivered today... was not really given a option to what time it would be delivered... was told between 3 and 7.

The store was clean and neat. I was able to find the electrical item I needed for a lamp.
