Clean store with relevant seasonal products. Staff has been friendly and knowledgeable while doing their best to be safe during these trying times.

Help is scarce. Employees look the other way if there is any suspicion that a shopper might need help. Aisles are always blocked with merchandise. Small items (nuts, bolts, etc) are almost never in the drawers where they are labeled to be. Shoppers have to trudge through to find what is needed. Products are always opened with parts and components missing.

Good clean store. Understaffed at times so tough to find help, but everyone is friendly.

I gave a 4 rating because the associates in the store were very nice and present, the store was also neat and clean. I did call this store to check and see if they had paper towels before I drove 20 minutes to get there, The woman on the phone said yes. When I got to the store they DID NOT, have paper towels.

Excellent customer service, Grisel in kitchen design was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help. I would highly recommend Grisel for any kitchen remodel.

t 3:35 am I was at Homedepot store 6226 I went to customer service because there was no one in the kitchen department so this young lady name Naomi was so helpfulll and help me purchase a dishwasher for my home and she let me know that it was her second time doing it but she will help me to The best of her knowledge I told her ok she was so nice and calm and she did an amazing job I was very happy with her customer service and her smile me and my wife was happy with her thank you all for what you do at Home Depot and they all very nice

I visit Derby Home Depot frequently because it is clean and I can always find what I’m shopping for. If I need assistance, I ask an associate and they direct me in a courteous manner. I can get in and out if I’m in a hurry. At times that’s important.

I'd recommend this store soley on the experience I had with Eric from their lumber department. Outstanding employee, demonstrated customer service was polite and professional.

Store is definitely going downhill since the pandemic struck. Staffing and assignments appear to be less than acceptable. Thank goodness you still have a few good associates.

The store itself is stocked well, but the staff I have encountered in returns and in the paint department on 2 visits this past week did not leave me with a positive customer service experience. I had to return a defective item with a limited lifetime warranty that stated "return to store." I was told by the manager that the actual store policy is 90 days although they printed up the actual return policy for the item that did not state anything about 90 days. In the paint department, I had to go out of my way to get the attention of 2 sales associates. And when I asked for a paint stirrer for the paint I was purchasing, it was thrown across the counter.

GREAT STORE TO SHOP AND LOOK AT STUFF

Excellent employees work here. They are patient and kind when someone like me comes in there to shop for projects that I have no idea how to do or what I even need to complete them. I would definitely shop there again because they don’t make me feel dumb.

Don't go here, if they waste your time and don't have what they said they have, don't expect them to make it right, or to make an effort to solve the problem, they don't care...they won't offer you a discount, they won't go out of their way to get what you need from another store, they won't offer to have it delivered for free...which are all reasonable things when you wastes two hours of your time!

Excellent customer service. Garden center is better than other Home Depots in the area.

ever improving, no longer told "I don't work in this department" when looking for an item. getting better moment to moment, it's about time. Tom in appliances was extremely helpful as was the employee in plumbing.
