I love this store. I never have trouble finding someone that can assist me. The store has always been clean and neat when I visit, and I usually always find what I went for. Plus, they have multi-level parking so even during peak hours you can still find parking.

Amazing location. Staff is always eager to assist and a lot of the aisle are always in stock. Follows CDC guidelines and hard working team.

The Fort Lauderdale store location, store # 6372, has been the absolute best Home Depot store my family has been at in so many years. We are making this store our goto store because of the excellent customer service, product variations, competitive prices, and cleanliness. The store is actually much more organized than other locations in our experience, we recommend everyone to come and check out the Home Depot in Fort Lauderdale for you will not be disappointed. We found all the products we were looking for and our check-out experience was perfect.

Yeah I like to see some people who can speak both languages Spanish and English , the cashier Steven he is always so nice and easy to deal specially in the rush of the self checkout

East Ft Lauderdale Home Depot, is the best and provides a lot of jobs in our community, The sales team is friendly and always helpful, even in this difficult time of Covid 19 when we are all wearing mask, Steven at the self checkout line was clearly smiling behind his mask when he assisted me with checking out. So hats off to the team at Home Depot !

My husband went to the cashier to purchase hedges and mulch totaling $93.95, he gave a $100 bill. The cashier Darleen asked him could he use another form of payment because she couldn’t risk it?!? Thoroughly embarrassed, he then gave her two $50 bills which she raise in the air to verify that it was real. After completing the transaction another associate looks at her and tells her “he gave you the same money, whether it was 100 or two 50’s” She was looking at Darleen in disbelief..... my husband then stated how embarrassed he was because it was an insult. The other cashier shook her head and said I can’t believe you just did that to that man. My husband requested a manager. As he was walking off he could hear her telling the other cashier “I just told him I didn’t have change because the money looked old and washed up”! The manager Corey was notified that my husband needed help, now although Corey was currently helping another customer he never acknowledged my husband to say I’ll be right with you, he just walked off. So my husband who is now thoroughly vexed comes to the car tells me what happened. We both go back inside to speak with manager, he comes over and we tell him what happened then he offers a measly “Oh I’m sorry” and just doesn’t seem to care. We express to him how embarrassing that was and I asked him do they have money markers to verify suspect bills? He said, No, they just ask for another form of payment. So I then ask him so what If a customer doesn’t have another form of payment what do you do? He wave his hand at me clearly blowing me off saying “oh we have a whole process for that”, and he never elaborated on what it was. We have never been so embarrassed in our life. We are new home owners and for the last year and a half we’ve been coming to Home Depot at least once a week to assist with home renovations . And today I felt like my money wasn’t good enough! There should be some type of protocol in place so that customers who may pay with an older bill don’t get singled out and embarrassed. I just called to set up an appointment with Home Depot for a fence quote but after today I will be taking all of our business to Lowe’s. I’m so upset that I was first treated inadequately then blew off as if it didn’t matter. I’ll also will be returning the items I purchased today because I’m never going to spend my money where it’s not appreciated. My husband is a manager at one of the top retail chains whose known for its premier customer service so we know he we should be treated and how it should have been handled not to mention we did see what looked to be a money marker on her register, but we could wrong.

Staff at store not knowledgeable of doing a will call for a purchase for another Home Depot and applying your military discount for a purchase that is available in the store. They said that I would need to go to the actual store to do a cancellation and get my discount. So sad and this came from their management. This Home Depot staff desperately needs to be trained same way rest of staff at Other Home Depot’s across the country is trained! Total waste of time for this I could have place my order over phone. Guy that cashed me out was new so ask manager and they had no clue on what to do. Please get your staff trained properly.

Staff is very aware of all of there products

Noticed big improvements at this store. Have had slow, confused service at several area Home Depots, but despite Wuhan-Corona virus disruptions, I was pleasantly surprised by stocked shelves and a friendly, easy to find staff Ready to help.

The sales associate was very informative about my needs and options. I feel that I made a better choice after working with him.

Shantel the cashier was pleasant and did her best to make up for the lack of assistance on the floor and the last product on the shelf (which of course was used and returned in poor condition). Thank you for the wonderful customer service Shantel!!

The assistant manager Joe at the E Ft Lauderdale store has kept me coming back for all my home improvement projects. He treats my home project as if its his own and constantly makes sure my experience is professional and personal. He continues to beat the competitors prices and really remembers what customer service means.

Bill in the Paint Department was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The female associate with him in the Department was not, ignoring both me and Bill's subsequent request to her to assist me. The store itself is neat and, for the most part, orderly. The garden center is the best around. It's difficult to ever find assistance in Plumbing, so I won't go to Home Depot for my plumbing needs any longer. I am highly satisfied with the Paint, Hardware, Garden and Electrical Departments. I frequent the store quite often and require assistance about half of the time. When I do require assistance, those departments normally have employees who will help. I've been disappointed with customer service in Plumbing, Carpet, Kitchens and Building Materials, most often unable to even find someone to help me with basic questions, or simple locations of products. I am often given incorrect locations of products, being advised, for example, that a product I am looking for is in a particular aisle when, in fact, it is not located there. My main goal when shopping there is to get in and out as quickly as possible. Being sent to an incorrect location is not helpful and frustrating. Pointing to a general area is not helpful. Taking the customer to the product is necessary for good customer interaction. The cashiers are usually fast, courteous and efficient. Yesterday's cashier, Jacqueline, was friendly and quick, yet she also assured that my needs were met in the store itself, asking pointed questions to make sure I got what I needed. Bill in Paint was spectacular. I will certainly look for him again soon when I paint my pool deck in approximately 1 month's time. Jacqueline asked if I wanted a Home Depot credit card, which I declined, but was glad that she asked. Thank you, Bill! You made my day brighter and got me quickly on my way. That's my top goal when shopping in-store: fast, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly service, which Bill certainly provides! Great job, Bill.! I'll be back, hoping to have you assist me again.

Nice supervisor

My husband and I went into the store to get some plumbing items for our home. We retrieved what we needed and it did the trick! Excellent in regards to our needs but that quickly went left. My husband stopped to talk to a old friend. While waiting I made eye contact with one of your associates Shardae. She called over another associate Chantell who then began laughing which later turned out to be laughing at myself. She made a couple comments while looking down her shirt at her chest. At this point I already knew what the joke was. I have recently been diagnosed with a medical condition that causes skin discoloration making my face lighter than my chest and neck. They then laughed for an additional minute or so, but the damage was already done. I am quite content in my diagnosis and I take things a little better than others and glad it was myself ratter someone else who may not be able to take it so easily.
