Maria in HARDWARE is the BEST!

I found what I needed! Great.

This store has bad Karma, the parking lot is not patrolled and there are vagrants and homeless people always pan-handling and harrassing customers on the grounds. Yesterday I was in there and I'm a veteran and I have been shopping there since the store was built and I had the nasiest experience from a yong lady who refused to accept my veteran's discount, because I showed her an expired Identification miltary identification card. Well, first of all, there is not posted policy of the acceptance of the veteran's discount policy, and I have shopped at home depot's al through out North Carolina, Virginia Beach, VA, Georgia and Tenneesee, and shown the same forms of identification and never had an issue, and this young lady said to me and I quote "You were lucky sir, that the cashier" accepted that card, for identification, they were just being nice to you". Get a Load of that mess! I'm the veteran tha fought in two conflicts, before she was born probably and I should be happy and glad, someone gave me a break to spend my money with you. Really this is totally absurd. I recommend that no vetrans shop at this stoer until they get their policies straight.

Last time I visited this store it was clean & stocked. Today it wasn’t but it was staffed. All employee interaction was horrible except for my cashier. She was pleasantly professional.

Poor Customer Service

The store employees were very helpful and at time of check out the cashier was very helpful and giving me information and helping me sign up for credit card. They saved me $50 on this trip I so much appreciated that.

Every time I visit this store, I have always received good friendly service and help with anything that I was looking for. You don't never have to go looking for an employee to help you because the store make sure that there are plenty of employees working in the store. The employees are very knowledgeable of their products. If the product is not in the store, they are willing to order it for you. It is a really good store to shop at.

Contractor sales and wood cutting department is a joke and employees have no desire to help customers and make for a miserable shopping experience!

This store location is ALWAYS clean and well ordered and the people are ALWAYS helpful and friendly! The people in the different departments, whether we are shopping for flooring or paint or anything in between are always knowledgeable and friendly. I love how we can go in and say, "Hey, this is what we want to do" and they work with us till we figure out what all we need for the job! We enjoy shopping there and look forward to shopping there for many years to come!

Mary offered friendly help and afternoon worker as well, can’t remember her name but she did a great job helping me and my family. My husband and I love shopping here even though it’s a little further away from home.

Terrible customer service. If you need assistance with ANYTHING, go somewhere else!

I asked you help .Waited 5 -10 minutes. Never got any help. I had to load a 127lb hot water tank on a cart all byself. After I got it loaded. Someone came I asked did someone tell you I needed help. He says no. He didn't help me ever. He was very rude to me and my spouse who was in a wheelchair. We been going to this store over 10 years for all our home supplies. This has been our worst experience ever.

Customer service appears to be in order, However the quality of product is not!

Store is always trying to make shopping easier and they have a good variety. You can get help when needed and if someone can't help you with something they get someone who can help you. Yes the store i clean and neat, Everyone is friendly. People shopping had respect for others by wearing their mask and standing 6 feet apart.

This store had great customer service. The associates were very pleasant and made sure I had all the tools and items I needed for my job.

Harron was great in filling my order and getting me on my way in a timely fashion. Most of what I needed was in the overhead, in two separate locations, but he didn't hesitate to locate them and get assistance in retrieving them. I've experienced some store associates in other stores giving me the runaround about locating items that weren't on the shelf or directly above the display, just because it was "too much trouble" to get items down. Patricia did a great job during checkout, getting everything quickly with a smile and really great customer service. Finally the Dept. Head from Electrical was on his way out the door for the with his own purchase saw I had two (2) flat carts and asked if I needed help loading my vehicle. Talk about going the extra mile!! What a GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

I truly enjoy shopping at this Home Depot Store. There is always someone to help me.

Great group of people employed there and they seem to work well together.

Bad service at customer service desk. Product was on hold but young lady did not bother to look and sent me across the store for the product. When it was located at customer service desk and pointed out to her that the product was actually there... she just stared at me like she had no idea what I was talking about. She just did not care. Maybe she us in the wrong department?

Great Store to shop at. Employees are always ready to help assist you. Clean store

Needed help, sent here and there, never to where needed. When employee did use tablet, would not listen to what needed. when said could use what was directed to with modification, didn't listen to what needed for modification. No rubber grommets in store at all.

I just want to brag about a employee you have there that we met during our purchase on oct/02/20 Kudos to Mike in Millwork that went out of his way to help us and was soo kind and patient and nice and even helped load my doors . Home Depot is Lucky to have him .thank's Mike for making our Purchase better and easy Kudos Mike in millwork!!!!! Home Depot you need More Employees like Mike!!!!

This stores always provide associates to aid in your need when shopping @ Home Depot.

We went in to purchase a new washer/dryer combo. Knowing that Home Depot has treated veterans well in the past we felt this would be the best place to purchase. When we chose our matching set, we mentioned the military discount afforded to veterans. The sales associate stated the items were both "Special Buys" and not part of an additional discount. I looked around, and they had marked EVERY washer, and dryer, as special buys. We are talking over 20 washers, and dryers. There was one exception, and it was a yellow tag stating that one was on Clearance. That I could have understood. I continued to look at other appliances (refrigerators, stoves, etc). Over 90% of those were marked "Special Buys". I mentioned that I felt that is was purposely done to avoid allowing the military discount, and they did not deny it. We spoke to the manager, and the top manager, at the time. All he could say was, "discounts are set by the computer", and was not willing to do anything for us at all. The sales associate was extremely helpful, and understood our dismay, but the next level was not sympathetic in the least. They will give you a military discount on the $10 paint brush, but do not let it gouge their profits too much, or they find a way around having to do so.

Good service , friendly help. Store was clean and good supply of wood.
