Employees are super friendly and helpful at this location.

I bought a heater that works slower than I expected. So, I return it without any difficulties, and the process was quick. Then , because of the high quality of the customer service provided to me , I decided to buy an other Heater .

the store was very clean & employees were eager to help us, when we needed our 2x8 cut in half employee did it very quickly for us

1 bad experience won't make me stop shopping there, but, something in management has changed recently & caused employees not happy. no smiles today

Special thanks to Lisa in flooring who helped schedule and coordinate our carpet install from out of town. She was so kind, helpful and provided excellent communication. The installers did an excellent job. Also thanks to the delivery service for washer/dryer. As always we appreciate the military discount.

Associate was available to assist (thanks Dawnya!) and got checked out quickly!

This is our go-to place for DIY projects. The department employees are very knowledgeable and courteous. Returns are easy. Checkouts are well staffed and quick. This location is well stocked with many options in every category. This store is always clean.

Whenever we go to Home Depot in the Valley, the customer service is great. We had a carpet put in our Master Bedroom a few months ago and bought paint this past week. Our plans are to buy a Washer/Dryer and a Hot Water Tank.

1) Pete in Paint Department, 2) Michelle D in Paint Department/multiple areas, 3) Connie multiple areas. They work great as a team. I felt like they were my personal shoppers. Pete in Paint explained about Behr deck cleaning solution/prep, and Behr solid stain. While Pete was mixing the Behr stain, Michelle helped me get supplies (deck scrub, pad, pail, etc.). When Michelle returned to cover Pete's lunch break, Connie stepped in to help me the rest of the miscellaneous items on my list. Connie helped me get items from one end of the store to the other. I was purchasing deck cleaning solution/paint for home, and items for rental repairs (door knobs, rust proof paint, etc). All three employees are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, & great teammates. I was in and out of Home Depot in record time....Thank you!

They are the friendliest store we go to & all the employees are so kind & helpful, it is truly our favorite home depot to shop at when we needed assistance they were there to help us, & yes we found all the items on our list we were shopping for & check out was a breeze...ESP love all the flowering plants, by far the best selection in Spokane

Parking at this store for the handicapped is challenging. If your returned product doesn't have a bar code, you are turned away without a thank-you.

THE STORE IS GREAT, WELL STOCKED AND I AM FAMILUAR WITH THE LAYOUT. MY CASHIER ELIZABETH WAS GREAT, VERY HELPFUL.

It's a good place to shop with competitive prices. Will shop there often.

Always clean and employees are nice. One downside is when it's busy, parking is atrocious. However, that's when you get when you go to a great hardware store. Busy is a good thing.

I'm always amazed how knowledgeable the staff is with such a huge inventory. Home Depot always has what I need or can ship it to me quickly.

I believe it your dad showed items locations people would find what they are looking for an buy additional items. A lot of people would care about knowing your store had the public in mind not the dollar.

I haven't been able to shop for nearly 1.5 yrs due to injury and finally made it back to my favorite Home Depot. Kimberly the sales cashier was very friendly and just an all around genuinely nice person!

I appreciate this store's good selection, helpful associates, and return policy. As everyone knows, any home DIY project requires three trips. Sometimes we buy the project pieces and then have to do something else, only to return to the project for trips 2 and 3 weeks or months later. Home Depot actually lets you return things (within reason, of course), for a much more generous amount of time than their competitor. The competitor, by the way, has a tiny short window for returns even if the product is new in the box and defective! It's maddening and we no longer shop there if we can avoid it because of this one policy. Home Depot almost always has what we need so it's rare that we have to look elsewhere.

The employees went over and beyond their job. They helped us prurchase exactly what we wanted. They went out of their way to help and find the product due to the fact there was not enough supply at their store. Will go back for more household upgrades. I've been shopping in this Home Depot since 2012, it is always well stocked and clean. Right now, maybe it's Christmas, but the associates are friendlier and happier than I have ever seen. The aisles are full of goods, nice sales. good selection of all items. always more than one to choose from, which is nice. The parking lot is crowded, but I always find a space not too far away. As long as I own a home, I'll be shopping here.
