Always get good input on product and direction as to where to find them.

Got the things I needed quickly and my cashier Carole was nice and got me checked out quickly.

On 11/12/2020 Annie Karlis (Flooring Specialist) helped me in purchasing blinds, and vinyl click lock flooring. Today (11/16/2020), I asked for Ms Karlis to let her know I appreciated her suggestion on the vinyl click lock flooring and needed another box for the entry way. She is my to go associate. She is professional, efficient and knowledgeable.

Annie Karlis (Flooring Specialist) provided professional and knowledgeable service. She measured the blinds that I brought in, and trimmed the new blinds to fit my windows. She took her time to make sure the new blinds would fit my windows. Then, she walked me over to the vinyl click lock flooring, explained benefits of the waterproof vinyl, and calculated the right amount of boxes I needed to purchase for the bathroom, kitchen and porch. I asked her for her business card because she will be my go to person when I return to this Home Depot. Store was clean. Associate Annie Karlis was friendly and helpful

Great Home Depot! Clean, nice employees, well stocked!

No problems with any of the employees. They are always nice and helpful. I have a problem that they took out so many employee manned registers and installed so many self check outs. Since then the lines have been confusing and takes longer to check out. They usually only have maybe 2 people at the regular register. Sad to see Home Depot give into the corporate greed and installing these self check outs. THIS is what is destroying American jobs!!!!!Corporate greed!!!! Not wanting to hire more people. They cleared up room for another battery display, or another power tool display. Bring back registers. Hire people. Take care of your employees when the air quality is up to almost 500 from fires.

I have been shopping at this store for over 20 years and will continue to do so, your prices are good and your staff is knowledgeable, in every department. I've been to your competition and they don't want to help or have any idea what they are doing. Thanks Home Depot!

Awesome store very clean and organized the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable the lady helped me pick my soil for my Money tree was very nice. The checker Diana had excellent customer service and was very upbeat and helped me pick a fly trap she even showed me how to use it very awesome staff and friendly definitely will be returning. Thank you for all your hard work

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Woman on the phone told my wife they would hold some solar lights that we were trying to get an additional set of. When I called the store the woman in electrical/lighting told me she didn't have a Cynthia in her department. I told her that I didn't say she did but was relaying earlier communication. She said they didn't hold merchandise but would call me back in five minutes when done with a customer. Called me back approximately 20 minutes after I had driven to the store and walked in. Had an attitude. Store then didn't have some stock that I had seen earlier in Liberty Lake store. Between the poor phone help, the even poorer attitudes in the store and the poor stock, I wish I was done with Home Depot and hopefully never have to go to this store again. They have become an organization that loathes customer service

The store doesn't stock the power cord to connect a new Bosch dishwasher. One has to order it and wait several days for delivery. It is ridiculous that Bosch doesn't include the proper cord to hook up their appliance but it's even more ridiculous that the salesman didn't inform us that a cord would have to be ordered. I'm disappointed in both Bosch and this HD store.

Employees did everything in their power to reduce risk of coronavirus while making shopping as streamlined and pleasant as possible under the circumstances. Service was excellent and stock was full. The store protected both customers and staff.

This store is ALWAYS clean. Sometimes the type of item I'm looking for is located in multiple places. This is frustrating because I think I've found the item when I find it first and it looks like there's only one choice. Then as I wander around the store looking for other things, I find this same type of item in another area but it's a different kind of the same type of item. So I have learned to ask at least 3 or 4 employees where to find some types of items and they all know multiple places where the items can be found, and their locations are not all the same! The employees who are technically proficient in specific departments are super helpful. But there aren't enough of them. The other employees rely too heavily on them. Staff are always helpful.

The Pro Desk staff is so helpful and the assistance I get with loading my overside loads in my truck is so helpful for me to get in and out of that store fast.
