I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO INTERACT WITH THE PRO DESK FOR SOME SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS. THE ASSOCIATE, KYLIE, WAS GREAT. SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO BE SURE MY NEEDS WERE MET AND MY ITEMS WERE ORDERED.

Service Desk associate, (Sydney) was knowledgeable and friendly even when a customer was rude which made the line move faster on this holiday weekend. Very professional employee.

The Home Depot store in Wilbraham, MA has the best Staff anywhere. The store is always clean and well stocked. They have a Great selection of flowers, trees and garden plants at great prices. Always do my shopping here.

I had a very good experience at this particular Home Depot store. The paint dept was fast and accurate . And Rosa at the cashier was friendly and gave me good tips on saving money with Home Depot credit card. The store was clean and neat .

I went to home Depot today and was looking for something spacific and Matt Caban went above and beyond to help me. He is a great asset to your team and his customer service skills are right on point.

We visited the store with a long list of small home maintenance needs. We had just begun our investigations in the isles, when Al, a service employee greeted us and began to guide us knowledgeably to the products and how to use them, based on his own background and experience in hardware, throughout multiple departments: including flooring, plumbing! I was impressed by his knowledge-base and respect for our needs. We followed his directions upon returning home in all areas, and our efforts paid off smoothly and effectively.

Clean store, friendly staff, great selection- this is my new favorite/go to home improvement store.

I am in need of a new refrigerator - I went to LOWES and they had nothing in stock or available to look at., I then went to MANNYS down the road and the sale representative was absolutely RUDE so I left. I then went to HOME DEPOT and spoke to CATHY IN APPLIANCES. SHE was lovely, knowledgeable, and took her time with me. It was a pleasured experience.

I highly recommend the products and services offered by this Home Depot's Doors & Windows department. The staff is exceptional and personally committed to seeing that customers are satisfied with their shopping experience. I was particularly impressed by the help offered by an employee named "Brian", someone who was sincere, personally dedicated, and committed to ensuring my satisfaction as a customer. This guy definitely deserves recognition for a job well done!

Spend over 30k a year at this location (East Springfield), my company spends upwards of 100k a year here and the newer pro desk girl has never been pleasant to work with. ZERO people skills in an environment where she gets compensated to respectfully deal with people/contractors. She must be bored with her job. In the meantime, I'll take my business to local lumber yards and your competitor that calls me weekly for my business. Melanie was the most respectful and efficient to work with in the last year. I will not be returning as long as she's at the pro desk. I'd rather spend $ with someone who appreciates my business, even if it costs a little more.

If you ever need help. Seek out David in the Plumbing Department. He is professional, patient, kind and will get you answers, help or if it’s plumbing you are all set. He helped me pick out a grill tonight, load it into a truck and tie it down. It wasn’t even his department. Thanks David! Tim Rooke - Springfield MA

I visit this home depot store at least 4 or 5 times a week. always has what I need.

I wasn't sure what I was looking for, so I went to the plumbing department and associate Mike was great. He showed me the parts I was looking for and practically did the job for me. He helped me remove my old faucet cartridges and explained how to install the new ones. He also helped me pick out a garbage disposal and explained, step-by-step, how to remove my old one and install my new one... This store has great sales associates. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful.
