Cheryl is incredible. She called 3 stores looking for a product for me and was really amazing. Hands down better than all 3 stores she called as I felt like they acted as if she was burdening them which made me uncomfortable. She handled it wonderfully and I would drive past all three stores we called today to visit Cheryl at El Dorado.

The flooring team and Dulce will go above and beyond with customer service. They make it easy to ask questions and ask for help.

I love coming to this store for all my needs from gardening, bird supplies, and tools.

Bathrooms are still a mess, no soap and paper towel dispensers are broken. Paper towels are on the baby changing table - GROSS! How ironic that you claim to work against the spread of COVID but ignore basic sanitary steps.

I shopped over the phone and was helped by "Judy" she was more than helpful, and managed to get my items ordered online and shipped to my address. I tried ordering online and couldn't manage to get the order to go through, with a reply technical problems. She overrode the problem and successfully completed my order. She was very pleasant and of good nature. I will be using this store more often, although it is a great distance from my location.

This store sells Arrow riveting tools and rivets. Anybody who is using these tools will almost certainly need appropriate washers to go with the fasteners. Why don't you stock 1/8" washers in aluminum or steel? Once again I had to go the the other store and they had what I needed, so that is where I'll go first on my next run...

No service in departments when you need it - no customer service skills - no knowledge from department heads

Employees without asking come up to you and say "Can I help you with anything" to me that's #1 on the selling point.

I came into the store at about 4 PM on probably the hottest day of the year so far. I only got a few feet in the door and I stopped to look on the Home Depot app for the product that I wanted. Right away or female employee walked up and asked if I could use some help. She walked me to the product Isle and then helped me find the product. It was the last one in stock and on the very top shelf. She then got a coworker another female and a ladder when she came back she told me goodbye and to have a good weekend as she was actually leaving the store because her shift ended when she saw me and stopped to help me. The lady that she brought to help me was extremely friendly and efficient and she offered to check me out at her desk, rather than have me wait in line with all the other “ masked “ people! Because of these two employees I was in and out of Home Depot in under 30 minutes! I experienced awesome customer service during a mandatory 6 foot mask wearing pandemic. I highly recommend this Home Depot.

I like shopping at Home Depot. This location is a bit far from my home but it is worth the drive when we need to go there. We were assisted very promptly with our questions in the paint department. There was a line for paint, it moved smoothly and quickly.

I went to Home Depot today. The store was very clean, employees were using masks and I felt comfortable buying an appliance. The employee I consulted was knowledgeable and polite.

It was my first time at this HD location & I received poor customer service from an associate in the Lumber department.

I use to shop this HD location 100% of the time for ALL my building repair / improvement needs. They're the closest location to me....the closest by far. However, over time I've seen their in stock items, and overall customer service attitude drop off significantly. There's only 1 associate still there who shows attention to true customer service. My number one HD location now for my building repair / home improvement needs is the Pasadena location on Fairmont Parkway. They are TRUE PROFESSIONALS and know the meaning of customer service. If they don't have what I'm looking for I'll try the locations at Clear Lake Shores in Kemah, or the location in League City. Not going back to Webster...but gonna miss you B. You're the only reason I hung in there as long as I did.

When I went to this store today I was thoroughly impressed by how organized and smooth running it was. They had associates staioned at the curbside pickup lanes, signage pointed customers where to go and it appeared organized. The line for checkout inside was efficient and well as there seemed to be enough staff to handle the amount of customers that were at the store. The entire experience was enjoyable and should be the model for other stores in my area.

HD needs to teach their people about the products they sell and customer service.

HD has good products and prices. But if you need help from the younger crowd forget this store. Go to Ace or Lowes.

It is evident this store is on alert. 1st and hopefully last shopping experience of such poor customer service. Workers consistently passed by you as you were trying to get assistance, customer service rep snapped at me telling me where check out was and I needed someone to page someone to help me. There were others at the desk that could have assisted me, but she saw fit to address in an unnecessary manner. And for the grand finale, after deciding to leave and waiting patiently at marked sign, I was flagged to a cashier that pointed me to what looked like self checkout. She walked off to go speak and laugh with 2 other HD workers. I attempted to figure out the register only to have her walk back up to me and rudely tell me that I was not at self checkout. It was a little difficult to make that determination when she clearly walked off and left me there with my cart of items. Really, Home Depot?

The store is clean and most people are nice. However I have recently had horrible customer service from Cheryl and Paula. They are rude and that is uncalled for. I have a Pro account and spend a great deal of money at this store. But I will not be spending another dime here. I simply wanted to exchange a $35 bit and was treated very rudely in front of my family and other customers. Never again.

Very clean, organized store. Friendly sales people. Always find what I need.

Do not go to the lumber area and expect to get any service from any employee. I have been there four different times and not once had been help and not because lack of employees. They just choose to walk right by you and talk between them.
