Terrible customer service. No cashiers, making everyone use self checkout. Super fun when you have 40 small items.

this store is very convenient for me and my husband but sometimes they are out of stock for what you need

Customer service at this location is just lacking! I understand we are in a global pandemic but still should show customers respect and help even within the last hour of the night. Otherwise just close earlier!

Great store and LOTS of wonderful tools and lots of holiday decorations

The store was clean and the customer associate was able to quickly assistance me with my purchase. The associates were friendly and very helpful especially Keith from the customer service area.

6612 is the best. As a local remodeling contractor I shop almost all the stores in San Diego county and this store IS the best!. A shout out to Carrissa at the contractors area. She always is there with a smile and helpful attitude. (She is also awesome with little kids at the kids workshops) Keep it up 6612 your doing great!!

I am recommending this store solely due to the actions of Janine and Tina in customer service and Kody who stepped in to assist when no one else would. All three went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. Because of them I will continue to shop at this store. If all of their staff were like Janine, Tina and Kody, I would definitely give this store 5 stars. It would be a great idea to put price tags on your grills so customers can take the tag in to scan. Refining the process for propane tank exchange would be really helpful as it changes every time I try to make an exchange. Thank you Janine, Tina and Kody! You saved the day!

I am writing this review because I have never experienced something quite like this while shopping. I ended up purchasing a rather large item and i required assistance getting it loaded into my vehicle. There was a young man named Brian who helped me with this and was going to help me load the 250 lbs of sand that we needed to still get from the store because my cart didn't have room. When returning to the store, a woman who worked there and claimed to be a manager started berating the employee that he had better things to do than to help me get my stuff from the store. He said that he needed to show me what to get and she told him no and that he needed to just go get carts and then turned rude to me telling me that she didn't care if I needed help and that I needed to just go stand in line. This lady was so rude, I wish I could have got her name. it was around 1pm on 4/2/2020 near the pro side of the home depot (left side while looking at the building) I have been shopping at this home depot for years, I spend 500 dollars on an umbrella and this is the way their "manager" treated not only me, but her employee Brian who was trying to help someone out.

Don't waste your time at this store rude customer service product is miss mark in regards to the price when it's brought to their attention they had do absolutely nothing to fix it homeless vagrant people in the parking lot trying to steal things out of trucks

If you need kitchen cabinets or the like, see Nancy Vellone in the Kitchen department, cheerful and she is knowledgeable, so helpful, very pleasant experience!

Miss Summer, saved the day, over there: Sort of mix up at the register yesterday, confusing over purchases on new account. Thanks to Customer service, we got it sorted out Today. Helpfull young lady there. Now back to the job.

All employees we encountered were smiling and friendly. But Branden went above and beyond. He helped us with everything on our list and didn't just point out what aisle we could find something on. He was so knowledgeable, and helpful! He knew the whole store and assisted with color charts, product comparisons, and loading of merchandise. Highly recommend this location. Our shopping experience was outstanding. Thank you!

I bought a nice sheet of 1/2 plywood. I had 4 cuts done there because they have what I thought was a good machine. I checked the cuts (all the same) and they varied 1/4" and they were totally out of square. I then find out that they "can't guaranty closer that 1/4"? Really they have special saws and a store full of tools and can't make a simple cut? I got my money back and now they have a $35 wasted sheet

I no longer use HD as my go-to source as they have LOST their level of customer service and personal assistance to disabled persons. SAD but TRUE. They are a DO IT YOURSELF store which translates to YOU WANT IT, GO FIND IT, PAY FOR IT ...and BE HAPPY! Ans. to guidelines: NO, NO, NO and somewhat. Asked for help twice (no show) waited 15 min. then sought an assistant mgr. and a cashier who tried their best. This ended in no purchase of a water heater and install. NOT worth the effort! Note: Lots of employees idle talking to each other???

I am always at this store buying things. I get everything I need from here. I find myself here no less than once a month. The inventory it holds can take care of most of all my problems.
