I already mentioned this in the survey but perhaps this bears repeating. I understand the reasons for using the self-checkout facilities but as far as I'm concerned they are a bit of a turn off, too impersonal, I prefer person-to -person transactions. I'm old-school enough that I'm not impressed with the gee-whiz factor involved

Rick in the plumbing department is by far the most knowledgable and delightful person that I've interacted with. He makes the experience less about a transaction and more about a relationship where he takes extra time to help you with your project. If you have a plumbing project, go see Rick for all of your needs.

I recently had an LG front load washer with a main bearing failure purchased 3 1/2 years ago. At that time of purchase I also went with the extended warranty. The HD warranty program issued a credit and I went to HD to purchase a new washer. The sales rep was friendly and quick to assist, familiar with the program and explained the purchase and delivery of the new washer. Everything happened as they described, making a difficult situation palatable. I've had good experiences over the years at this store.

I have shopped many, many home improvement stores, and this Home Depot is the best. The associates are always friendly and willing to assist in any way they can. The way they stock their shelves is fantastic for the shopper!

I received the best service at this Home Depot. When visiting, I recommend you ask for Rick or Mark. These guys really helped me with everything I needed for my projects, projects that I have never attempted before: Sofa repair, outdoor arch for Christmas lighting, and tool supplies. They were patient, kind, and knowledgeable. The store overall made my visit there pleasureable. The atmosphere is awesome and a very clean store. Very Clean. In addition, everyone loved my dog: Achilles, the Labradoodle.

The staff is always helpful and purposeful in asking if I need help with anything.

Mike Q was amazing. My son had a school project to make a catapult for physics. My son drafted up the measurements needed with PVC pipes, etc. Mike Q helped my son with cutting the material and finding the other items that my son needed to complete it. An added bonus was that Mike Q took physics and knew actually what my son was talking about in order to make the project. A really great example of "You can do it, We can help".

The store has a wide range of products at competitive prices. It is efficiently laid out. Employees are friendly, informed, and very accessible.

Best Home Depot Store I have ever been to and I have been to plenty in my day. I usually spend several hundred hours and several thousands of dollars at various stores between Phoenix, Tucson, Las Vegas, and in the Midwest all over and this store by far has my favorite employees. They are the nicest team ever, we ran into at least 6 super nice helpful people and 3 of those went above and beyond our expectations! Thank you Raven!

We had a Fabulous visit at Home Depot this evening! We went in to purchase a very large quantity of paint and had to have it mixed. The gentleman was very kind and quick. Then we messed up giving them the wrong amount of paint needed on our white paint and they we're very understanding and kind. Then we had to get a no tax paper and hold things up some more We were not the greatest customers but Home Depot were the BEST! WELL DONE HOME DEPOT!!

Associates in Lawn and Garden were very helpful in loading a heavy load of landscaping white marble chips bags into my truck. Much appreciated the heavy lifting by them. Cashier and the two gentlemen were friendly and polite . Had a nice variety of plants for me to choose and at a great price withing my budget, especially this time of year towards the end of Summer.

Homedepot is a great home improvement store, the prices are great also their sales.

I had a very good experience today. I submitted an online order for light bulbs last night and woke up to a text message stating that my order was ready for pick up. I’ve done online pickup numerous times and figured this time would be no different. I was wrong. I went to the service desk and picked up my order only to find out that the majority was picked incorrectly after I got home. I had two different color temperatures and that wasn't going to work since I was changing all household bulbs to LED and I wanted them to match. Lucky for me, I live like 5 minutes away. Still, it was Ms. Tina and her impeccable customer service that saved my morning! She was so helpful, understanding, and apologetic for a mistake that she didn't even commit. The store manager "checked" my order, but I wasn't mad about the error. These happen. I just wanted my product as paid for. Regardless, she did her best to make sure my customer experience was great and ensured that I'll be a repeat client. She was the epitome today of the Home Depot mission as she provided the highest level of service and it was exceptional! I would highly recommend frequenting this Home Depot for your household, DIY, or construction needs. Maybe you’ll be lucky and meet Ms. Tina.

We needed a large amount of carpet for our new home. We shopped around and ended up buying at Home Depot because of the customer service we received. Seriously impressed. Go see Carlos if you need carpet. He was amazing! This store is super friendly!

What a great crew, the associates that assisted me (David, Jason, Ros, and Tina) where extremely friendly, caring, and helpful. I also appreciate they were able to arrange a very prompt delivery of the item purchased.
