Yes, I found all the products I need to remodel my bathroom. I will also use Home Depot for remolding the kitchen. Ofcourse the store is very clean and easy to find the products Yes associates are friendly were able to guide me where I need to get the products

Robert is a very caring store associate who helped me find a lamp socket. There were none on the shelf but Robert was determined to locate the inventory based on what his hand-held computer indicated. He found them! In the design department which is where he took me to get one and then he asked if there was anything else he could do to help me. Thank you Robert.

Very unprofessional, the assistant manager Patricia White is extremely unprofessional, kept us standing in Aisle ten for 40 minutes with two others customers while she looked for someone to help us . We had a melt down in the store. I live in North Arlington and that’s the closest Home Depot to us but it’s worth driving the two extra miles to go to the one off of Gallows road. They have a totally different approach to customer care. The Seven Corner store has such a bad reputation that my neighbors in the building told me they never go to that branch. They’ve all had issues with them.

The Home Depot (HD) at 7 Corners is packed with all sorts of supplies for home work projects and repairs. The HD customer service people were great - when they didn't know how to help me (find items) they referred me to someone who could help. Even the DeWalt representative (not a HD customer service person) was very helpful! The customer service rep in the Paint Dept helped me find everything I needed and explained the differences in the different products. He was knowledgeable and polite. Even the cashier was cheerful and quick. I wish the prices were cheaper but everything today is more expensive! The parking in front of the store can be tricky but there is more parking in the open areas and the walk is short. Good luck with your home project!

Generally clean interior. Well Stocked. Helpful and available staff inside. I like the new appliance/lighting expansion. Nice shopping experience. The only downside is parking.

Went to the store looking for the last bit of mosaic I needed for a kitchen remodel. We couldn’t find the tile on the shelves. A super employee named Ozzie scanned the shelves and even though it took awhile, he found it! He even called to met me know when they found another box the next day. Above and beyond!

I try to frequent this store specifically because the employees are knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful!

Great Service Yesterday!!

Went to get my 7 feet Christmas tree this morning. No rush, not too much people, and and got the efficient and friendly assistance with cutting the tree and getting it in the van. Thanks

Always find what we need...and almost always with helpful employees

Went to HD to purchase a Ryobi drill battery charger. Purchased. Got home and the charger was for a truck cigarette lighter. I wanted one for a home plug. Went back to HD. Worked with staff. They looked all over for a few minutes. There were no chargers that were for a plug. Rather than sending me home and saying come back later, when there was adequate stock in the store, Mike and Lance found a charger with a battery. They then walked me to the cashier Sarah who rang the item up. All great. This is the kind of customer focused service that makes the staff at HD GREAT.

Staff are very kind and helpful. But sometimes you cannot find a help right away. It needs to be called.

They have everything in every size and shape and quantity and the store associates can't wait to be of service. It's a fun experience each and every time we go there.

The additional space gained earlier this year, with a new appliance section, has made a remarkable improvement in this store. Great selection, good quantities, well-marked aisles, and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

had a terrible experience there today. It started with the greeter, she asked me if she could help me find something, I said "Alligator Clips" she said try aisle 16. WRONG, not even close. So I go to Electrical where they should be and can't find them. I eventually find an employee, and even though it's not his department he helps me look and we even walk over to another aisle to see if we can find them. We end up back in electrical and he is frustrated as well, so he requests someone from that department to come and help. I wait and wait but no one shows up. One employee does walk through but she is not in that department. There is another guy trying to get help as well. Finally I make one last look for my item and I find it, no thanks to your missing in action employees. I know the place is busy but there is no excuse for this type of poor customer service. If could have given 0 stars I would have.

Employees are super helpful. Kitchen design team (MaryBeth) did an amazing job designing my new kitchen. prices were great compared to other estimates as well. Lots of high quality cabinets and countertops from which to choose.

The place is clean and organized with a nice selection that is instock and they have wonderful employees like Lisset that are there, very attentive and always willing to help with a smile.

Excellent store overall, in recent years have noticed a marked increase in the effort of staff to be reach out and be helpful to customers. I find the expansion and separation of the appliance section to be a little daunting, lots of walking, but service is excellent at the store.
