Good for most items, Friendly Staff.

Just wish employee let me know he didn’t have enough time to make the key before store closed... I had to settle with what the doorknob came with..

not ADA compliant, pallets left anywhere and everywhere they dont care if you have to climb over stuff to get to product, sections needlessly blocked, always understaffed, cant ever get help even w heavy stuff cause they dont care if you get hurt. cant get a manager.. they dont enforce pandemic mask mandate per corporate policy or local laws because they care about losing business over that not ADA compliance or people getting injured in their stores b/c of their nuttiness.

Associates were helpful and assisted me with what I needed. When an associate is able to work/greet two or three customers at a time that is true customer service. As a store associate I had no problem waiting for the associate due to the fact that he acknowledged me while he was working with another customer.

I had a very good shopping experience , the people were friendly , helped me in every way and had what I needed .

This store has very helpful, friendly, and competent staff. I go there for all my home projects!!

All of the employees were quite busy stocking, cleaning, etc. - but were quick to offer me help. Especially Sophia at the Customer Service Desk.

The folks at this store seem to WANT to work here! Andrea in the blind department is knowledgeable and awesome and Leon is very friendly at checkout.

If you're in need of customer help, Zion and Mac in the paint department are the "go to" guys. They are courteous, helpful and will go above and beyond to help!

Workers don’t help so saf

I visit this Home Depot at least 4 times a week, year round. I am a contractor and always need something and I can get in and out fast. The people working there are friendly and helpful

Went today to pick up screws- but remembered I needed a new battery for my car key fob. Sophia went above and beyond to help me get my fob opened so I could get the right sized battery. For that and her general air of kindness and happiness, I am most grateful! In this time when people are trying not to have contact, it was a true pleasure to interact with a person as cheerful and helpful as she was. Thank you Sophia!!

We had an issue with returning an online order of flooring. A different Home Depot told us returning wouldn’t be a problem. When we arrived at this store we found that the previous store had given us incorrect information. This store worked tirelessly for us to find a work around and complete our return anyway. Great customer service!

My internet was down and I wanted to make some purchases....the customer service was great and I was able to order everything with the excellent help . Plus every person i spoke to was so kind!

They do a poor job of enforcing mask wear in store- three people this morning, one person talking to clerk at front of store for over 20 minutes. Your clerks are nice at least the two I spoke with today in the aisle and at check out but the lady clerk at the door needs to be reminded to do her job

This store is definitely customer oriented… The sales staff is knowledgeable and loves to help locate items in the store. Particularly DINA in how’s hold was fantastic today! Both she and her manager assisted me in a large purchase of a clothes dryer. I foundExactly what I needed and at a great price! The manager on duty, Chris, was also very kind and helpful. The store was clean organized and consumer friendly! Keep up the good work

First of all the store was very clean a great plus in the time of COVID. Second we were helped from start to finish in ordering new carpet and padding for our home. All questions were answered and taken care of.

The store was clean, employees were really nice and helpful. This will be the store I always will go to.

The associates of the store were very helpful male or females. I had plenty of help from a female and she help with my selecting the product that I needed.

Worst customer service ever! Half the kids walking around are not interested in helping the other half have no clue. Shelves are never stocked. Lumber carts are always full with pre-orders. Loading product on to trucks/trailers, joke. Not one person is proficient in driving a forklift. My husband waited 45 minute ls for his order only to be told they were out. Then refund his order and get something else but still a wait to get it loaded. Then lost the load in the intersection because the crew didn't wrap the cement or place it centered on trailer. 2 hour trip, my husband knew what he wanted. It's a joke but unfortunately this store is close to us and we don't have any options. Oh..first review denied because I mentioned a competitor but Home Depot is more worried about that and doesn't care about the poor customer service.

Such great staff at this Home Depot! The lumber guy Sam was extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Also, the cashier Christina was so sweet and kind. I will definitely go out of my way to come back to this store and you should too. Thanks again Sam and Christina!

Restrooom supplies, hand soap, toilet paper, hand drying towels availibility, general cleanliness, and hot water avail need attention on a regular basis. This has been a problem my wife and I see on every visit; otherwise, this store generally does a good job. Ladies are going to be more offended by this problem than their men. My wife highlights this every time she uses your restrooms. This is a long standing problem going back over 5 years. Being able to wash hands in Hot Water is, as you know, one of the protective steps in fighting the Chinese Covid 19 Virus.

Ryan K was friendly and helpful. He helped me find all supplies I needed for my project.

Ken was Very helpful in finding us the vanity we wanted and even had to remove it from the floor display. He had it waiting at the checkout when we finished shopping. Jim, who is an electrician, helped us Greatly in the plume department!!! He was very knowledgeable on showers and toilets! We appreciated both of these gentlemen so much! Hopefully other employees can learn from their customer service help. Thank you Ken and Jim! We appreciated your help!!

Love going to this #0421 Home Depot, very busy but also very friendly & helpful workers.
