This store will not honor the contracts they offer to the public its all a bunch of lies an they do not care about that there polices they just want as much money as they can get for as little labor as possable i have todo over half the work that they promice in there. contracts

The East Flagstaff Home Depot has it all! Everything you need, and if you cannot find it, there are ready store associates to assist you.

Need to train employees better and make sure check-out system is more efficient.

the associates were helpful - of course - as they are at all your stores. We live and shop eat Home Depots in the Phoenix area but are doing a job in Flagstaff so purchased items there.

Employees are helpful and courteous. Found everything I need. Was in and out (with a fairly large order) in less than 30 minutes.

I shop at the East Flagstaff Home Depot whenever I need to get something to do a repair or a project because I am comfortable with the store and the salespeople and their cheerful help, and I am mostly familiar with the store setup which makes it easy to find what I need. It has always been a clean environment in spite of the nature of the store!

Carts were not sanitized properly, hand sanitizer and wipes not readily available for customers, employees were not wearing face masks correctly and employees were not enforcing the face mask mandate of their customers!

Get more loading team because there is always a waiting time for some customers . Thank you for all your hard work & dedication. Take care & be safe.

Helpful employees

Alex in paint is incredible. He is attentive (he doesn’t ignore people...which is what I’m used to) and happy and looks you in the eye. He is extremely knowledgeable about the entire department. He doesn’t get annoyed when you have multiple questions or needs. What a great employee!!!

Very helpful employees from the people working the floor to the friendly cashier. I've never had a bad experience at the East Flagstaff store!

We had great customer service at the special order counter. Selena went beyond measures to help us, especially with the store closing within 15 minutes. Thank you Selena!

Controlled entrance was appreciated. Empolyees were very helpful and took time to help me find the items I needed.

The store has an outstanding customer service. I always get greeted with a warm welcome. They recognize those who have served in the Armed Forces and Thank them for their service.

Appliance salesperson Dina was exceptional. I am a single, middle aged woman urgently in need of a new refrigerator in the middle of the covid 19 pandemic. Dina helped me do much of the work on the Home Depot site so I would not have to stand in crowded lines waiting to enter the store. She was super patient and I will seek her out when I am ready to replace my other kitchen appliances.

Great people and service, they are friendly and know their store very well. I must have been there a 1000 times and I've nerve left disappointed. The store layout is very well put together and I have no issues finding anything. I am a big fan of Home Depot, and even a bigger fan of the east flagstaff Home Depot. Excellent work over there.

We resolved a problem at home and Home Depot has saved us a lot of money so we will love to continue to shop at Home Depot on the east side of Flagstaff. Thank you for saving us money.

If you are looking for kitchen appliances be sure to ask for Fred. Very helpful and listens to what you want and then steers you in the best direction. Andrea in Flooring (she also knows a lot about cabinetry) was very helpful and knowledgeable and has a great eye for color combinations.

Never any good help loading pellets or other items, kids At hat are working don’t under the value of what you buy and they just throw things in truck! Just under Educated! About work force! Hire people that understand the value of others payed property!

Fred in appliances is fantastic. He knows his products. He was able to answer all the questions I had and I had a lot of questions. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in exploring appliance options for their home.
