I had an extremely disappointing installation experience. Rhonda was summoned to handle my complaints. She was very understanding and empathetic. She did her best to remedy the situation to the best of her ability. Through her calm demeanor she was able to keep a very unhappy customer (me) from escalating. I know that the delivery, installation crew is 3rd party and hold nothing against the local Home Depot crew. I just won't be ordering any more appliances with installation. Thanks Rhonda for your help!

I love the Black Friday sale on poinsettias. This years poinsettias are so full of red leaves. I always by like 10 or more and put them on my driveway. They look beautiful!

My wife & I stopped at 3 stores for window washing fluid before finally stopping at Home Depot. Of course their shelf was empty of window washing fluid & after 2 hardware employees gave up after a couple minutes of searching we found Eric who went way beyond our expectations for customer service. He spent almost 15 minutes going around that store to try & find this product. He found it & found someone who could use the machine to get it down from a pallet on the top shelf. The reason we’re impressed is that Eric is in a wheelchair. We got almost no service from 2 employees who could walk & this man spent that amount of time looking for a single product for us. My wife & I were impressed & here I am now writing this review for her!

I go to the forum store almost every day and i would just like to shout out to your employee Tanya she has gone above and beyond to help the customers there at you store i have seen her working the lines at the service desk while other stand around and talk. I really think she needs to be recognized for her hard work.

My husband and I frequent this Home Depot because it is the closest to our house, unfortunately. Most of our visits we are left frustrated because we can’t get any help from the abundance of staff that they have on the floor. Today was a perfect example. I was trying to pick up lumber and there were no lumber carts available inside of the store. I asked five separate employees for help locating a lumber cart, getting one from the parking lot or taking one that was not in use at customer service and after 15 minutes I left without the items that I needed, because not one of those five people spent more than a minute, speaking with me, or trying to “help” me so that I was able to complete my purchase. I take the time to leave the reviews but they must not take the time to read those either.

The product I am upset with is Home Depot Inc. It's way beyond time for the corporation the size of Home Depot forcing customers and employees to shop and work in a location way too small for the sales volume this store does. Build a new store for all of us, please.

We came in to buy a replacement Ryobi weedeater and after getting Miya's assistance, we also bought a new Ryobi electric pressure washer. She is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Both Desiree and Olivia made my shopping experience much better with buying a fan that were giving me trouble to find and buy in store and on online. They both took great care of the situation and I'm forever grateful.

Lynn and John went out of their way to help me try and find something that the website said was in stock..but wasn’t. They took my number to call me with an update on what they found out.Both of them are friendly and upbeat individuals who really seem to enjoy their job!

Each time I visit this store Eric Renegar in the hardware section is able to provide exceptional customer service. He’s super knowledgeable in the area he works & his level of customer service overall exceeds my expectations each visit. Employees can really make a visit to a store great or not, especially when you’re spending money, and Eric makes every single visit to the store a great experience & he’s a fantastic employee all around.

I was working on a home project this morning and needed additional materials. I was able to find quickly and greeted by friendly cashier Caroline and able to get back to my project very timely.
