I was looking for a specific item and was assisted by Vickie in the lighting dept. She was very helpful and pleasant to do work with. I then went to customer service to checkout and Kyle was extremely understanding with my needs and worked with me to make my purchase a satisfying experience. I would definitely return to this store in the future for any home improvement needs.

This store was clean the staff was friendly and very helpful. Any time I was not sure where to find anything there were ample Associates that were nearby that had the answer to what I needed. A young man named Kyle went out of his way to help me finish and checkout with very easy solutions. I'll be back.

I only came in store for an online pick up and THEY DID NOT HAVE IT. when you go to a store you expect the items to be there. It was a patio table with chairs. They only had the chairs and not the table. So the associate should have made sure both boxes or item was complete for a customer to pick up. I went a long way just to pick this item up. They offered me half price on the chairs but whats the point when i need a matching table. Very upset and disappointed with my experience. The lady at register Maureen was very nice it was not her fault. I did not ask for manager or supervisor because whats the point they cannot do anything if item is not in store and this item wont be in stock now till september online. I got a refund and ordered item from another Home Depot which again only has 2 of what i want left. Hopfeully Home Depot in Naples on Pineridge wont disappoint

I have shopped many time at HD and this store in the most UN-organized. I asked at least 6 different people where the item was no one understood what FS Bay:010 stood for, the floor personal were very nice. But UN-trained by management. I have shop at this home depot for a few years now this will be the last time. Every time I have shopped there. Looking for a specific item, the inventory was ether wrong, or nonexistent. (know as Bait and Switch) a good example is item Number SKU1001059466 your inventory showed 3 in stock I spent over and hour With the gentleman help they could not be found any where. He check his hand held device and said the the store on Tamiami trail in ft. Myers,FL. had many in stock so I went there looking them none could be found there. Later Upon complaining at the Forum store. The inventory disappeared and online order only so I wasted a whole day for nothing. Over the years I have spent 10 of thousands of dollars, for my self and a number of employers. Not one more cent will go to home depot. OH other items I have purchased were out dated glues. You are trying to do a job you open a new package and it is dried up. And I had a patio door installed by your people. The did a poor job it was suppose to look original they added trim that was out of style for the house. Prier to this I had an estimate done by Home depot for all new windows for the my home. So I had to find out the quality of work done. The this Patio door install. They did not insulate the gaps on the gaps between the new door and house, the installer were very nice and accommodating. But before spend $20,000.00 to $30,000.00 on new windows and door I needed to find out the quality of workman ship, it seem very poor. I will not recommend your company to any one. Nor will I waist my Valuable time.

I came in to this store with a broken plumbing piece. I was approached by Richard (reddish hair) asking if I need help. I showed him what I needed, he took me directly to the piece, and I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes, He was super friendly and knew his stuff!!! Will definately be back and ask for him for sure!

Amazing store for what you need! You can tell a stores good when it’s always busy! Thanks so much for Lindy the cashier for always helping me with my purchases!

Shorna is the best employee at this store. She is the reason I go out of my way to shop at this Home Depot. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Tom was so helpful in answering all of our plumbing questions. He took the time and was through. We came home with the right things for the project. Arnaldo is the Store Manager and when we had a problem, he solved it with professionalism and grace. We couldn't be happier. Thanks!!

This store is always clean, the associates are very friendly and knowledgeable. I dont go anywhere else for my home improvement needs.

Amanda that works in returns is an angel sent from above. She is super nice and cares when she listens. If the corona virus wasn't around i'd try to see if she wanted to become friends with me.

Jackie gave outstanding customer service was also very friendly only after waiting 45 minutes for help she went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of before she went home

They always have everything you need, their employees have a lot of knowledge, the store is in a very convenient location and everything is very well organized

Store was very busy, all employees were friendly and helpful, the female customer service rep in the window and door dept. was especially helpful, professional, knowledgeable and a real joy to deal with.
