We went for some plants and not only did Ray guide us to the right area and helped find the right ones, Debra also explained how to care for them so they live a long life! Both were very genuine and patient with myself and the two littles. Great experience!!

I just bought the Hoover spotless portable carpet cleaner, and I can’t wait to use it! Also the staff is excellent here!

Absolutely fantastic. Ray was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. The store was clean, organized, and had a great selection of products. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were able to find everything we needed without any issues. We will definitely be returning to this Home Depot for all of our future home improvement needs. Stephanie was super helpful and Dwight (a retired plumber) is very knowledgeable on any plumbing job I need to tackle.

If you need assistance in Building Materials, please see Nate! He is very knowledgeable and goes over and beyond to help and assist you from start to finish! This is the first Home Depot where we had excellent service! Also Miguel at the front of the store is awesome! He assisted us with a refund, went online to order the product for delivery. I guarantee you with both Nate and Miguel's assistance, you will be highly satisfied!

I bought a phallic shaped cacti and it hurts. Please remove prickles in the future.

The man in electrical took me to the area, selected the item I needed, then explain to me how to use it.

Sometimes I purchase a wrong size, threading, tool and I have no problems when I return it back to customer service and purchase the correct item.

I was shopping on Christmas Eve for the last and most important gift for my loved one. I wasn’t exactly sure of the type of drill I would need. Nate passed by me in the aisle and asked if I was finding what I needed. I was relieved to have someone ask me because I knew I was going to have to ask for help. He listened to me and answered my questions and together we found the right solution. He even escorted me to the register to check out! This was about 4:30pm on 12/24/23, when they were about to close at 5. I was happy to get quality service, considering lots of people were last minute shopping.

Found what I was after very quickly.

My husband buys lots of flooring and he has had mixed experiences in different places; however, the team at the Garland Home Depot will look at things in the computer, answer questions, and anything else needed with a smile.

Employee Leila was very helpful. I also appreciated the interaction with all the employees at this store.

2 employees that went above and beyond for me were Debra and Ray. They sat down and took the time to help me with a problem and did not complain or not want to help. They were extremely helpful and worked on everything with me and asked for nothing in return. They are one of the reasons I repeatedly shop at this Home Depot.

While shopping at Home Depot today I had a question. Carl, the Home Depot employee, would not allow me to ask my question and clearly informed me he could not help me. I stood around waiting to speak to the manager, Pam, but she was in a meeting and I am now waiting for her call back. I highly doubt she will call as when I was at the store she mentioned she would be out of the meeting in 10 minutes. That was at 1pm. However, I'm not surprised as this location has very poor customer service. Especially towards female customers.

I have been working on a project and The Pro desk has been very helpful.

While I'm setting up my construction site I frequently visit this store. I place my orders on-line then go pick them up most times. I usually run into a very friendly and beautiful young cashier named Joann, who is a tremendous help! She makes my visits awesome! Keep up the good work!

Jeff and Stephanie worked as a Team and went above and beyond to place a special order product for us! Their experience and customer service were outstanding!!

Oscar works in the paint department, he is the best paint matcher I’ve ever worked with at Home Depot. Matter of fact he’s one of the only people I’ll let match my paint at Home Depot because he nails it everytime. If he’s not working I’ll go to Sherwin Williams. I don’t know what he’s getting paid but he needs a raise.

I just updated my bathroom flooring and love how nicely the installation looks and how professional and customer-focused the installers from Cooper Installation were. Michelle Mcright at Home Depot helped me throughout the process so things went smoothly. Thank you to the entire team involved.

Jeanne is always super friendly and nice. I love chatting with her when we are checking out. She has an amazing attitude and is always smiling. I don’t know how much she is getting paid but she deserves more.
