Weak training leads to unprepared employees, even at the cash registers

Not a friendly customer care service, associates looks like they are there by force and they have really bad attitude, product availability is poor even its in store not in shelf. Nevertheless not going or recommend to anyone to shop in that place.

Employees were friendly. A hard-working girl helped me load 30 bags of mulch!

Always greeted by friendly employees and there is plenty of associates to help with questions on most days. I love the fact that they offer a Veteran's discount every day.

I've known Maria for years at this store, and she is always smiling and willing to help. She makes my day every time I see her during my shopping visits. She is good at her job and very personable. During my most recent visit, Maria helped me during my generator purchase, and arranged for one of the guys to help me load it into my car. Aizha, in Customer Service, is also very friendly and professional.

Went there to look at appliances with my aunt. She decided to buy a washer and dryer set since they were on sale. The guy didn’t seems to know what to do so he asked for help. The young lady was friendly but lied, and was rushing us. When we tried to get the extended warranty she said that it would be best to come the next day. It was obvious she did not want to help us out. She said paying with cash was a long process so I paid for the set for my aunt. They also overcharged us so now I have to go back and cancel my order.

Helpful and Friendly. Some team members are exemplary. Joan is one of them. She is always friendly.

Great store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Stocked much better than other locations. Clean store, good service and really helpful people...a standout for big chain companies.

Everything was great and overall I almost never have an issue, but some old lady at the self checkout line decided to check my reciept because she didnt see me check out, claimed ,"she must have closed her eyes." She missed me putting in my Job's PO, scanning and paying I suppose she was taking a nap if not profiling me since she didnt check anyone else's. Everyone else was helpful.

They got everything I need.

Home Depot is one of my favorite places to shop. The people are knowledgeable, kind, and so willing to help. I have never gone in there and did not receive assistance. I love all of the Home Depot stores, but my Garland/Firewheel store is THE BEST.

This store is always very neat and clean. Various employees are willing to help locate items. Don in the paint department is always willing to help by answering my questions and helping me choose the right products.

The best customer service ever! Every time I go in this store I find knowledgable people are there to help me find the product I need. They don't just point the way but take me where I need to go to find it and make sure I do! I will be back.

Very satisfied with the level of service and the cleanliness of the aisles.

We can always get what we need at Home Depot, this time around was a completely different experience though. Came in looking to get our dad a new circular saw and decided to go with a combo pack they had on display. Price said it was $299 so decided to go with that, called an associate to come grab it for us since it was locked away. The first associate was very nice and handed me the combo kit said to take it the register. A second Associate came by, Randy, and said we we're not allowed to take items anywhere and somewhat with an attitude took it off my hands. We noticed an offer for 2 free batteries with purchase and to my surprise the sales associate said that we did qualify for the offer. He took the batteries and the combo set to the register, and that was that. The Associates at the register, Tenika and Catarino, both were great! They rung up the items, but the price came up as $349 and the batteries weren't ringing up the offer either. They went and got a price check and I went and brought back a picture of the price as well. Randy then comes back I show him the picture and says the offer expired, the tag says it was until the 27th of Sept. He said "to calm the f--- down" in which I asked him what he just said to me, which he replied "Calm the f--- down". I asked why he thought it was a good idea to even say that to me? I was calm and rational the whole time, he response seem to come out of nowhere. I said I was done talking to him and I needed to speak to the manager to which he defensively replied "I am the department manager so there is no one else to talk to" he walked away all pouty. As he walked away he said "he would not be sending anyone over" and "that you have no idea what I'm going through right now" and then "F--- you and get the f--- out of my store" as he is a few aisles away now and loud enough for other customers to hear all of this. The Associates, Tenika and Catarino, both shocked at what just transpired and apologized for his behavior. Eventually, Tenika was the one who finally made the call for the manager to come by. The whole time we were waiting, Randy, seemingly continued to pace up and down the aisles keeping a close eye on us for some reason. The manager shows up and we discuss the situation, he continued to say I was the one in the wrong. I told him that if he's having a bad day that under no circumstances does that give him the right to take it out on a customer. Continued to cuss me out in front of the manager. The manager made things right and apologized for his behavior. All in all, the Manager and the Associates were phenomenal, they were stunned at Randy's behavior and I'm honestly not sure that this could have been avoided. It certainly seems like it was an external issue that was causing this employee to act this way, unfortunately the level of maturity the employee showed is disappointing for someone that's supposedly in a leadership position. I hope this situation can be rectified.

Real good store it is very clean nice people good store very great love home depot.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new stove at this Home Depot store. . Our stove will be replacing a 30 year old stove and we had little knowledge about the newer models available today. We had a wonderful Appliance Specialist who assisted us in making a good decision based on our needs at this time.

So thankful to have such an awesome store so close to me that ALWAYS has exactly what I need, including expert help!

If you are going to purchase appliances ask for Carolina. I received the most amazing customer service from her. It started with a phone call. I called to inquire about a washer/dryer and she was so kind, caring, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Carolina is the reason I came in today to purchase the washer/ dryer. And yes, I did receive amazing service from her today. Also there was another young lady at the check out that was also amazing her name was Jocelyn. Thank you for hiring people that cares about the customers.
