The computers are so SLOW it took 3 hours to acomplish what should have been done in 1/2 of an hour. Even at checkout the cash register was going so slow it took 22 minutes and I was ordering cabinets so the order was already in the system, she just had to scan the barcode, take my money but NO... Get a new computer system, HOME DEPOT

The store employees are helpful when you can find them . Customer service has improved since Menards has come to town!

If you haven't been to this store lately, give it another chance. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful. They make spending your money there a pleasure!

I had some significant ordering difficulties. Barb and Julie at the help desk were wonderful. Not only did they provide a discount on services they kept me up to date and continued great communication. Thank you ladies!

I love asking associates questions and NOT getting "the deer in the headlights look", Even when they don't know the answer there is always someone near by who can get you on the right path.

Had a older gentleman who's name is Ryan I think and he did a great job of helping me find everything in the store I needed

I passed several employees not one offered me assistance. There was a person who appeared to be a greeter did not acknowledge my entering the store. There were 5 home depot employees standing outside smoking when I pulled into the parking lot.

A gal at the paint section gave us the wrong advice three trips in a row. It was very frustrating because we had to sand and fix a project because of it. However, there is always someone there to help us. There isn't ever a trip where we haven't found someone to help us and then we have to figure it out ourselves.

The staff is always available, friendly and helpful. The store always seems to be well stocked with lots of variety of product. I live in another town where there is a Home Depot but will often wait until I go to Gillette (which I do weekly) because it's always such a pleasant and productive experience...My home town Home Depot isn't bad, it just seems Gillette goes above and beyond...

The associates did everything to make sure we got what we needed. They were friendly while still staying professional.

This store has just this year experienced the impact of a second business opening of this type in this city and HD is always busy every time I visit. I personally credit this busyness to the quality help at this store and to the superiority of Home Depot over Menards (the second business). Home Depot doesn't feel plastic like the second store and the HD help blows away the second stores help in knowledge and friendliness... I shop at both but prefer Home Depot and that's the truth of it❗️. My opinion for what it's worth / Randy

I was in need of a specialty cabinet hinge and within minutes an associate whose name is Lee offered help and not only found what I was looking for but offered me help on some other projects I was working on and asked about. I highly recommend shopping at this Home Depot.

Glad to see the garden products coming in to season. Compared to other stores, I wish the prices were more competitive, though.

The pro desk rocks. They will pull your orders and have them waiting for pick up, saving me time and getting me back to work fast. Great customer service!

Both the Associate and Assistant Manager were extremely helpful in rectifying an issue I had with a Rheem water heater. Victoria was pleasant, friendly and helpful. The assistant manager went out of his way to ensure that my issue was resolved in a timely and friendly manner. On another note Rheem's Customer service is pathetic and absolutely useless. They are rude and always looking for a way to blame the customer for the issues being addressed. Why your company continues to deal with them should be questioned at the corporate level. When your company handled American Standard their Customer Service was polite and always ready to help the customer.

All associates were very helpful last night, but especially Sam, the loader. I went in to buy 10 bags of salt for my husband, and Sam loaded it all onto a cart and then my truck. Before I left I spoke with my husband and realized I had bought the wrong kind of salt (bought sidewalk, which we needed but not 10 bags worth. He meant water softener salt) so Sam came back, unloaded my truck and reloaded it with the correct salt, all with a smile. The sales associates processed the return and then purchase of the correct salt also with smiles. Very friendly and helpful staff that made my trip much easier, even though I made it much harder on them with my mistake.

I got loudly ejected from Menards for having my friendly golden retreiver with me. I will never go back. When i came to Home Depot ( as i should have done in the first place) Benton Packard bailed me out as he has done numerous times. He is extremely knowledgeable and has solved many problems for me from nothing more than a bad cell phone picture. Thanks man! Thank you for being friendly to our furry family members. I will recommend Home Depot always. -

My husband and I went to Home Depot to search for a few small items and were approached by two associates separately asking us if we needed any help, which at that point we did not. When we didn't know where to go for one item we asked an associate who asked another associate, who had the wrong isle but the associate found the correct isle for us, and that is where we found "LEE" - What a Great Employee Home Depot has in that man! He LOVES his job and the enthusiasm he has for the Customers is OVER THE TOP! LEE was very knowledgeable lead us to the product we were searching for and took the time to tell us about the receipt in such a way that left us remembering this man and wanting to write a reveiw for Home Depot. I would reccomend that this man become well paid and appreciated as he deserves it! P.S. LEE's Attitude towards Customers and his work ethic were outstanding!
