I like this store since i first visit.i like everything they sell,the home depot got everything i need to fixed stuff like in n out my house..all projects i want to build n my ideas.i will recommend to friend n family about this store

The store looked exalent and clean and I would come back.. except for that bad experience I had at the garden register with the cashier Juan.

The one thing this store has lacked from the day it opened is customer service. Just like Fry's electronics, as long as you already know what you need and don't ask for any help, it is a great place to shop!

I usually go to the Home Depot in Gilroy, as I its closest to where I reside. When I went in on 1/15/18, I couldn't get any real assistance. A young guy did go to area of Blinds, he just told me to get a basket so I could carry, I asked, can I get assistance with taking to front, he says, " No, you can go get a basket ma'am. I then asked about having the vinyl smaller blind I was purchasing cut, as they were way to long, he says "Oh, no, those we do not cut for you" I also had been in to store prior to this, to price the bigger blinds that I needed to purchase. That was on 1/10/18, there was no one in the area, I looked for someone as I had questions, no one to be found. I was there in area of Blinds for about 10-12 minutes, no one was available. This is usually not my experience at the Gilroy store, but it was very unpleasant that day. I asked for assistance on 1/15/18 because I have really bad hands, have Carpal tunnel in both. I had a heck of a time finding a flat bed, cart to bring back into store to put blinds on and steer to the front. One person did have to assist me in taking the long, 104" rail box out of the hanging space they are in, as I could not get it out. It was a young girl, the guy that I had talked to earlier just ignored me. I suppose next time I go in, I need to take an assistant as I understand Home Depot, is all Self help only.

Jenelle Quintana of the Gilroy store assisted me and provided outstanding service. I don't usually provide ratings, but Jenelle's exemplary knowledge and customer care deserve recognition. The only improvement that I might suggest would be a promotion for Jenelle Quintana. As a retired contractor myself, I believe that she has great potential.

If you need anything about projects or planning anything about your ideas, home depot is the place ,the answer you need is here..home depot is the best.

Everyone was friendly and the store was clean and tidy. The tool person was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Overall staff was great.

I found the Gilroy store employees more knowledgeable and friendly than those in the Morgan Hill store.

During the past 4+ years, the Gilroy store has really turned around. Staff are now friendly, lots more helpful, have answers to your questions or can find someone who can. Better layout in the lumber and garden areas, etc. I really now enjoy shopping in this store.

SOMEHOW, i AM ALWAYS SATISFIED EVERY TIME I VISIT THE STORE WHETHER I AM BUYING SOMETHING OR NOT.

I love shopping here, but you need to carry a variety of African Violet Pots. . Hard to find item.

Too many people taking inventory today and no one able to assist me in buying new replacement windows. I keep returning to this place and hope for better customer service. I asked someone taking inventory for assistance in the window department. She called on her radio and I just got tired of waiting around. I'd already been in that dept for 10 minutes.

Always have a great experience at my Gilroy Home Depot store. I have been a customer here since it opened. We buy lots of items, wood products, plumbing fixtures, yard and garden supplies, hardware items, and salt for our water-softener. For the last 8 years we have bought our fresh cut Christmas tree at our Gilroy store. So we are loyal customers of our local Gilroy Home Depot store.

Nice store and friendly employies i would recomend this store.

I came in for bags of salt for my water softener. They had them right at the pro entrance, i parked and went straight the cashier. I let them know i needed 3 50 lb bags and would need some help to my car. The cashier rang me up and called someone to help me with the bags of salt. I pulled up to the loading zone and Angel came out to help me with the bags. Quickest trip ever made in and out super fast!

ITS ALWAYS A FAAAABULOUS DAY WHEN I GET TO GO TO HOME DEPOT, ESPECIALLY GILROY

My past visits there were not great as I wasn't able to get any help. My recent experience may indicate a management change (?). I was greeted as I came into the store. I was provided help by an employee that was very knowledgable immediately. She even checked me out in the back of the store and helped me load item. I was in and out within minutes.

The staff are knowledgeable and supportive, and store is well organized

The service i received from Super Dave was excellent. He was very helpful with his knowledge of the product. He also helped me load the artificial turf on my truck. He was very pleasant, and professional.

we ran in there prior to closing and received the product and sale we were looking for. washer and dryer set that met our needs. Thank you to the salesperson that was patient with our questions and service he provided.

Had a great experience today with Andy in customer service. Had an issue with a product and he resolved it with no hesitation. Andy treats a customer like a customer should be treated. Impressed!!!
