My wife and I recently purchased a home and the home Depot #1509 has been a massive relief when it comes to all the things we need for the house. We are coming from a 1 bedroom apartment into a. 3 bedroom house and need everything so home Depot is my new favorite store. I could spend all day there. Home depot is out new date night plan since we both are excited to make this house our lifetime home thank you Gregg in Paints and Bob S. Up front for making this home depot the best in Colorado!

My task was to return items. Allen at the return desk was my first to welcome me. He is very helpful, friendly & efficient. He was able to guide me to the department I needed & off I went. Then I heard Dan say, “you look lost”, with a smile. This was very helpful because I had already sent 20 minutes in knobs & handles trying to find the style that would work for our project. Dan was patient, kind and great since of humor which I could appreciate because my feet were killing me, so his humor took my mind off my feet but he helped to keep me focused on my quest to find towel racks etc. The young man that helped check me out was helpful as I was at the self check out but wasn’t sure about the process & price gun but using my smile & friendly nature, I was able to get a smile from him and his understanding that I’m not familiar with self service at Home Depot. The younger generation still has a lot to learn about valued costumer service. As I took my exit by the same doors I came in, Allen gave me a wave & wished me a good evening. I can say, Home Depot rose to a good shopping experience and I could leave knowing my task was nicely taken care of by Allen & Dan as exceptional employees. The kitchen remodel team went above and beyond to help us expedite a plan and purchase a total kitchen remodel in enough time to capture a great sale! Kinks in the financing department but the employees there stepped up to help with mis-communication.Thanks to Debby, Dan and his assoc. for great work so far!!!! Can't wait to see the finished product!

I was about to have a big headache because I misread the website. I asked customer service if they could help out and Lainey was awesome. She figured everything out and I walked out with everything I need for my project 👍

My cashier Abi was super friendly and knew where the things i needed were.

The self checkout was closed and there was only one checkout lane open which had a very long line and it took FAR TOO LONG to checkout. This is completely unacceptable! If this is the "new normal" for this store then I will be shopping elsewhere.

My plumbing supplier can't compete with the pricing on anything.

Chalena and Corey were fantastic. My husband and I had issues with a grill that we had bought, that ended up being a lemon unfortunately. Staff was so kind and understanding and listened to everything we had to say. We appreciate your willingness to go above and beyond to do what is right. We will be shopping at the Greenwood Village location again!

This customer service this store offers is incredible. I was greeted promptly by an employee in the tool department who quickly helped me find the correct drill battery and then led me to the hand tools and helped me pick a boxed set and a case that would fit both. Leslie was friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

It’s like pulling up to the intersection and the homeless guys touch your vehicle. Except it’s migrate dudes loitering outside who take your cart from you and try to ask for money

Karen, my cashier helped me find 20 buckets and lids also told me exactly where to go to get a padlock as well.

If you need help in the lumber area, ask for Leslie. She is the bestest!!!!!!!

Customer service is amazing

I had Caleb, Bradley, and Brandon help me and they were nothing less than amazing! Very friendly, made me smile and laugh through the entire visit while they helped in every way they could!

Purchased washer dryer combo and the assistance to help make the decision was great!

Ive lived in 5 states, visiting HDs often. The staff at Harrison AR, from front to bak of store is simply superb.

I had a terrible interaction with a rude worker named Karen who not only complained to me about buying too much, but started hitting the computer in front of my child.

Bought supplies for my electrician but when he came to the house he decided that fixing was not a good idea. Rather I should replace the fluorescent lights with newer LED fixtures. Jermaine made the return process quick and easy.

The Associates at this location were very nice and kind.

Rented floor sander 5/13, paid $150 deposit & returned it 3-4 hrs later. The "kid" in the dept did not process the return properly. On 5/22 we saw a "card not present" $308 charge. Called & D**** physically located the sander we returned on 5/13 & said he would have his manager resolve it and call back. No call. On 5/25 got another "card not present" charge of $106.80. Called & spoke to S**** who said A** or A*** would call back. No call. Charged $564.80 for 12+ days. Had it for 3-4 hrs.

I bought storage bins that was on sale this week. And my self checkout attendant was super nice

I went to the green wood village home depot #1509 store and had the most excellent experience dealing with the contractor service counter the manager angie is one of the best knowledgeable people home depot has ever hired

When the price tag of a grill was missing, associate Deborah was able to quickly find the price for me. She determined that the $250 grill had minor blemishes and was available for $99. Deborah was very friendly and most helpful!

Karen Sales Cashier was extremely rude , had attitude the whole process of checking out. Did not even greet customer while approaching counter or leaving.
