I shop here maybe 6 times a year, and every time I get great service. I'm not mechanical at all, and sometimes the # of choices is almost overwhelming. There always seems to be a salesperson nearby to help me figure things out.

Everything was fine.

The associate at the paint desk was very helpful and friendly. I was able to get assistance when I was looking for a specific tool.

This store is very organized and people very polite. Sales person, Gregg M. was very courteous and assisted me to remember things I would eventually need. Also recommended a credit card from the store to take advantage of discount.

Clean and well organized store with knowledgeable employees . This store is well staffed with pleasant associates who are eager and willing to assist .

Customer service is nonexistent. Customer service desk claimed they didn't have the item I was looking for. I had to ask the lady to use the computer right in front of her to try and check. They had the item, I asked if she could help me find the item because I wasn't finding it. She said she couldn't show me but would make a call, but other associates were busy. I saw 3 sets of employees talking amounst themselves. An absolute albatross of customer service. Ask them to use their resources to help, otherwise it could be just guess work.

I live in Cherry Creek Vista II area and this Home Depot Store is the one nearest my place. Prior I purchased a new Whirlpool refrigerator today, I bought a set of washer and dryer about 3 or 4 months ago. I have had a pleasant experience when I went to this store to buy the washer and dryer. However, I was even treated better than last time I visited at the same store although the sales persons were different. Mr. Pedro Negron was the salesman who was patient and helped me out to choose the right refrigerator for me in terms of the size, functions, and cost. He also figured out several ways to lower the costs for me right away and in long-term. Last but not least, he helped me out financially by offering a 2-year no-interest plan. Overall, I'll definitely get back to purchase more merchandises for sure.

Really excellent associates at this store. Very proficient in their respective departments and very helpful in assisting you get in and out the door with just what you want/need.

Its great to be able to ask a master tradesman about a project and get real help. This store is great.

Working with Rebekah & Johnny made my experience exceptional! These two helped me with making sure I saved the money I needed & answered many ?'s I had. Also to manager Nikki who helped me my first trip Also to David B. I had a long list & he walked me through what I needed & was very patient. At times there were people that acted to busy to help but David B. was knowledgeable and very helpful. I had several trips to Home Depot and these 4 never treated me poorly and helped me very much.

This store is clean and the associates are friendly and helpful. The inventory quantities available in the mobile app are usually accurate.

Outstanding experience, I was very pleased with the customer service and ability of the store to provide the product i needed.

I have encountered knowledgeable and friendly people at this store. The only thing that I will complain is sometimes I can't find some things that other bigger Home Depot Stores have. I know this store is smaller and doesn't have the space capacity of the other stores. I will still prefer it since it is closer to home and it is part of this community.

The store is clean and well supplied and most of all, people here are happy to help you figure out a project or a better way of tackling a problem. I used to go to YouTube or DIY websites for answers, but these days I just go here-to the Greenwood Village Home Depot to get answers and solutions to a problem.

Home Depot has set a high standard for reliability and supply. The stores are maintained well, the check out offers self check out and contractor check out. It is a streamlined experience.
