I was helped by an employee named Steve today, I'd just like to say thank you. He helped load my cart, (and unload two pieces I grabbed by mistake) and located a few items I couldn't find that I looked everywhere for. He didn't just tell me it was this isle, he walked me to it and helped find it. He was very friendly, knowledgeable of his stores products, and made my visit there that much smoother. So thanks again Steve, I appreciate it Sir.

Staff was very helpful and items needed were in stock instead of having to do a special order.

If you ever need an expert in kitchen, bath, floor, etc. planning and materials ...see Bladen for an appointment... he knows what he is doing and makes home remodeling a snap.

The store was clean. Employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The shelves were well stocked and marked for easy access.

I had the occasion to order a door and buy a door from the store. Lot of people at that store so the loading person was busy with another customer. 3 of the girls at the front pickup counter which I'm sure was not their job helped me load the door so I would not have to wait.

I shop at this location a couple times a week. The service is normally great. This weekend with all the business after Thanksgiving I did not receive good customer service from the tools department. I asked a question, the employee said he'd find out and never returned, literally never returned. We waited 15 minutes and left.

I stopped in to the Hagerstown location on my way to work on Black Friday. My son had wanted a particular Milwaukee power tool set for Christmas which I was unable to locate. I approached Tina for assistance. She helped me locate the set that I had come for and was very sweet at the same time. Thank you Tina for making Black Friday painless!

My wife and I frequently visit Home Depot. We always find what we're looking for, whether it is for home improvement supplies or insect control products. We have even purchased a patio umbrella and chair. Today we bought a Christmas tree! We are always greeted with a friendly "hello" and encounter many helpful salespeople throughout the store. It's always a pleasure to visit!

I ordered roofing materials through the Prodesk. At first they ordered the wrong color. When I contacted them to order the correct color, they said it would be from a different company. I had to contact them multiple times to ask the cost difference from the companies before I got an answer and then I had to contact them multiple times asking for the refund for the cost difference before they processed my refund. When the roofing material was delivered to my house, some of the material was missing and I had to contact them again to try to get the rest of the material. Also, when they ordered the correct color, they didn’t tell me the panels were a smaller size and I missed it on the quote so now I don’t have enough material.

The staff is always friendly and seems to be knowledgeable when it comes to the store layout and products sold.

The cashier Dustin was awesome very kind and friendly.

Staff here is consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They also usually have what I need in stock no matter what project I'm working on.

At 6:15 AM on a cold rainy Monday morning. The Home Depot team was wide awake, willing to help, and very friendly.
