the store is always clean with good staff al the store has good and good price products

I am very pleased with the customer service I receive when visiting Home Depot. I am always greeted with friendly employees who always help me with whatever I'm asking and even are courteous enough to walk me over to the aisle where the item is located and help me to find the best product. My first time entering Home Depot I felt a little overwhelmed because of how large the store was and all the different varieties but these feelings soon subsided because the employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable of the merchandise.

If you need any help in lumbar ask for Andrew at the INGLEWOOD location on Century.

Everyone in the store were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Andrew who worked in the lumber department knew immediately what I was referring to when I described what my contractor needed to complete the job. He also assisted in bringing my items to the car and putting in the materials since they were so heavy. This was a very pleasant shopping experience.

Great employees, extremely friendly and personable.

I often come in this store because it’s close to my home but more often then not, I always have to call for a manager for assistance when I see sooooo many of the employees just standing around and when you ask them for assistance, their favorite saying is, “this isn’t my department, I’ll get you someone,” who never (almost never come), I always have to have them call more than once. It’s really frustrating when you’re already being stressed with home improvement projects and the the employees act like they don’t want to be at work, let alone help the customer. All of my visits haven’t been a nightmare but recently they have lacked professionalism , which should never happen in the customer service industry

Most of the time I shop online and pick up in store. My experience have always been consistent. Staff is attentive and engaging. On my most recent visit; store associate ensure that my return was processed without any issues. Even though I did not have my receipt. Staff member offered to help me to look up the receipt by my credit card. Thank you again!

Every time I have come into the store I've always been greeted with smiling faces and happy Associates I could go to another Home Depot that's closer to my home but I feel connected to the one that I shop at . Your cashier Libby is incompetent to help customers. She sent me on a goose chase to the wrong aisle when I asked where something was. When I came back, i just told her that the item is not where she said it was. She looked at me with a blank face and said "oh ok" and continued talking to the other cashier who was there. She didnt put all my items in my basket, and just pushed my receipt forward me, with no thank you, or closing greeting. No wonder she said you weren't giving her hours anymore

This is a great store, I truly enjoy each time I shop. The staff is wonderful and always friendly service, the prices are low and I can purchase more with the savings. Thanks Home Depot-Inglewood.
