HD #8454 in Kyle TX has never disappointed us in any area. Todays visit concerned a return / exchange of our hot water heater. Not the easiest or most pleasant of tasks. Our issue was handled promptly, effectively and professionally. Tray, Camilla, Alan and Anthony all did a great job. 5 stars to each and the store itself as well. Nicely done. Thanx.

Went in for one item, wasn't finding it, Then associate Sabrina saw us looking around, offered to help and guided us through the section we needed, saw our hesitation to buy, she offered us to apply for a credit card for a bigger discount, which we did and we were very please, This will be our go to store from now on. Sabrina very friendly and never made us feel we were bothering her, Very polite and professional. Thank you Sabrina...

The Kyle Home Depot was a low volume store, now that more people are moving into the area the store has always had at least one or more items out of stock when I shop here. If I’m doing a larger project I will go to New Braunfels. Friendlier and product is in stock

Our company is Expanding and we are very thankful thankful that the employees are so quick to help and satisfy our services needed right then and there.

Good Store although it is Highly Lacking in staff to assist to load your vehicle in the drive through. It also shows because the drive through area looks like a disaster area. If it was staffed with helpers to assist I'm sure that they would not be leaving carts all over the drive through. Store Manager needs to pay closer attention to details.

I was shopping for a washer and dryer. If you go to the store in Kyle, TX, be sure to see David Johannes. He is the best sales guy I have ever worked with. He really knows his machines! He is thorough and honest and up-front about things like how to send the machine back if it arrives dented, and how to claim warranty work from the manufacturer. The Kyle store is always the most friendly, and I go there for all my house repair needs! 5 stars from me!!

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, these facility was really clean and easy to find products. And checkout was really fast!

I am able to find the things I need easily and if I have a question, I can find someone to help me. I am addressed several times in the store every time I visit by employees asking if they can help me. The employees are always nice and very helpful.

I like the organized shelves at the location. IT makes finding what I need much easier. I lost my bank card and thought I may have dropped it in or the parking lot at the store. I called Customer Service and were helpful. I went ahead and drove to the store and I spoke with Betty in Customer Service. She stopped what she was doing to help me. She called to check the areas in which the card may have been if someone had turned it in. I truly appreciated her intentional care and because of that I was sure it was not at the store. I found my card at home a few days later. Thanks Betty!

We have lived in several cities in Texas and have shopped the Home Depot store in those cities. By far ,Kyle offers the most friendly service. The store is clean and all employees share a smile with you. Highly reccommend.

Mary in the garden center and (her helper) male, (shoulder length dark blonde hair) Assisted me in purchasing a tree 4 days before Christmas. Both went above and beyond to help me. HD takes good care of their customers.
