Tool rental department associate very rude. They do not stock extra hoses for sump pumps in the event you may need more than 50ft.

The employees in this store branch are very friendly and go out of their way to be courteous and helpful. They also do a great job of keeping their inventory items stocked. On the few occasions I have needed to return items, their customer service representatives have made the process fast, easy, and painless. I have been using this location for years now and will continue to do so. I am a happy customer.

Store Manager takes care of problems . Had bought a toilet the tank was faulty He replaced the tank,No need to pull the toilet up.Very helpfull.

It did take some time to full the order that I was there to pickup for a retired military person,( it was material for a wheelchair ramp)but thanks to the store manager Nick,pro desk Terry,and the assistant of Anthony,Steve and Angle to fill the order and load it on to my trailer,

If you want amazing service and to work with a knowledgable and friendly employee, see Gabe Grafton in the Kitchen Specialty department. He's got the answers to all your questions and what he doesn't know, he'll find out for your right away. Would drive out of my way to go to this store!

The employees are all really helpful here, but Sabrie went out of her way several times to help me. Love my Home Depot.

I was able to find the products I needed quickly. There was a good selection and I was able to make plans for future purchases while I was there. The cashier was friendly and helpful. I have seen improvement over the last couple of years in customer service. They have never questioned my returns when I've had them and have always been helpful when I've asked.

Everyone at the store was being friendly especially my cashier Marantha and everyone knew where my item was.

I have always been treated kindly with respect and consideration at the Kyle Home Depot. The employees there are warm and friendly and do not hesitate to offer a greeting and or assistance if you need it.

It is just so close to me, easy to get to, low traffic and has what I am looking for and what I need, help is always a request away.Skir

The Kyle, Texas Home Depot was a very nice store. The customer service people were extremely courteous and helpful. I was in and out in no time with quick checkout. I highly recommend this store to anyone who needs items for home repair, plants, appliances, wood, flooring, and everything else you need.

Marantha the cashier is AWESOME!!!!! She made sure to take the time and have someone from hardware help me with selecting my purchase . Also Dale from Hardware.....He is very knowledgeable which in turn helped me with the FINAL decision to purchase a Tool Combo kit. He did not seemed to be bothered with my questions and is very professional. THE HOME DEPOT should congratulate these 2 on a job well done. I'll definitely be back!
