Self checkout cashier Shawn was extremely rude to my husband and I. He spoke to us like we were idiots screamingat us from across the room. Extremly dissatisfied.

The store was so clean and products are easy to find a one shop store, where you can find friendly, helpful cashier's and team support offers help generously.

The cashier was so friendly. E. A. is the first cashier that I have ever seen waiting with a smile at the front of her register asking people if they were ready to check out. She was very helpful too. Elaine helped me open a Home Depot charge account and explained that my purchase would be discounted. She also explained when I should be receiving my card in the mail and what other benefits there are to having a Home Depot account. The shelves we well-stocked and the store was clean.

This is the place to go if you need new cabinets. Peggy is THE BEST! She is friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Peggy has helped us with 4 different projects and we will keep coming back to her.

Staff is very helpful even when multiple customers are asking for help at the same time. Staff here have the answers when asked and makes for a great shopping experience. This is why I continue to come back to your locations over other stores. Keeping doing what you do!

4 stars only because I’m averaging. 4 trips in one day, I could have had faster help and finding someone with a key to get a simple drill bit took forever, but I received the absolute best customer service I have had in years! The woman working at the returns counter (Charlyn I think) was absolutely wonderful. I can’t remember the last time I left a business and felt appreciated. I literally thought to myself “I forgot what it’s like to be treated nice”. I’m giving the first 3 visits a 2 star each and her a 10 star ⭐️! Hope that gal gets a raise or promotion or something. Hard to find quality people like that.

I like the store. I can find what I am looking for. I really, REALLY don't like how the front aisle is packed with product displays. Makes it very crowded and difficult to navigate through. Sometimes I am interested in the products, but feel like I can't stop to look because then I am blocking traffic.

The Foothill Ranch store does it the right way. If you're in a rush, on the way in the door just tell the greeter what department you need help in. They will page someone to that department for you right away. Our project was very important and we needed some specific Metric tools urgently. I was in and out in 5 minutes. My boss thought I was kidding when I told him I ran down to Home Depot, because I was only gone 20 minutes. I did do the "Self Check-Out", but the gentleman in the Tool Department got me right to what I needed.

This is my neighborhood stored and i've been there enough to know where to go for what i need. More times they do have what i need. parking is excellent and returns counter is friendly and efficient. Most of the time i use the self checkout and was able to check out without any help from team member, meaning products had tags to scan, which is frustrating if when scanning items cause delays. Their competitor is down the street, but more often i shop here.

I have Nancy assist me to apply for Home Depot Credit card. She is very friendly and efficiency. Believe it or not she save me over $50.00 on the shopping day. I definitely recommend you to see her for advise. I were happy and will shop again at Home Depot store 6668 Lake Forest

This home depot is always very friendly and helpful. It seems that they have knowledgeable people in the right places and the store is very clean. Bri from electrical was a huge help and I am glad she saw me looking so intently for a light bulb and took me right to it. Thank you very much.

The Garden Center is the best! The knowledge of Larry is really amazing. Always great plant selection, and if something isn't there, he will see if he can find it. I have had excellent help with loading my car as well by Mike and others.

I always am asked if I need help to find something and the employees seem motivated to offer help.

The customer service employees Michelle and Kathleen were so sweet and helpful. They made our experience better and made sure we were taken care of and didn’t walk away upset.

Great store. Loved all of my experience there. I rented a truck last time and it was easy as anything. This time was for a home project and I was helped all the way through the checkout process. Left smiling.
