Clean store! great help at pro desk

Went to Home Depot to return some items I bought this morning. Lady puts my store credit on a gift card. She couldn't reload the gift card I originally bought it with. She needs my ID because apparently store credit gift cards are different than regular gift cards and need ID (so now I'm the only one that can now use this gift card). I go pick up the other 2 items I need to purchase. I use the new store purchase gift card and have to scan my ID. "ID doesn't match" - cashier says sometimes this happens if they didnt type all your info in correctly. She tries to use it again, and its locked out. I use a different gift card (the one from this morning) and buy my stuff, then proceed back to customer service to see what the problem with my ID is. She says if they don't enter the info correctly that it will decline it. Why do you have to scan my ID, then manually enter information if you are going to scan it only when I redeem my gift card? That doesn't make sense... anyhow. The new lady "Jacky" tells me the card is fine and now has $22 and some change on it. No, it should have $86... I had to use a different gift card to purchase this so it looks like it took money off both cards. A little back and forth and she says that the $86 gift card is locked out for 30min-hour and then the money will all be on there. Ok, I need that in writing, you should be able to print me something out. She gets an attitude and says that she can't do that she can only tell me that $22 is available. Well thats unacceptable because tomorrow I won't be able to find her when there's still only $22 on there and I want to know where my remaining $60 something is. So she grabs a manager named Teresa, who never speaks to me but goes to the computer and prints somthing out. Jacky brings me a paper that shows I have a $86 card and $62.73 in reserve. I made sure I understood the paper, while she's still being rude and say ok, thank her and walk away. I'm sorry. Are you serious? She just thought I was going to be OK walking away not knowing where my $62 was and no proof I was supposed to have that??? I'm STILL not convinced the money will be correct tomorrow Also, above her head on the plexiglass was a note that said "Hey b#$%es! F@#$ you! XOXO" So thats cool too.

Lake Jackson store is very friendly and helpful people that work there make it better to shop there. Store was Clean. Thank you all You are all doing a Great Job.

This Home Depot provides ample available stock and most store associates that know their products. Home Depot's product ordering system works very well and you can receive up to the minute updates on orders by text. Ordering products is easy and you typically have what you ordered within a reasonable period of time. I use nothing but Home Depot products and I am well satisfied.

My visit to Home Depot was a nice experience because of the sales associates. When I was unable to find the items I needed a sales person stayed with me and showed me to the isle and place to find what I needed. I appreciate helpful people and I appreciate their kindness. I enjoy shopping in a clean store.

The store is clean and the associates are friendly. I never have a problem finding anything. Store is stocked pretty well. I will continue to use this store for all my needs. Big thanks to Mary the Pro sales cashier! She the greatest!

I love our Lake Jackson home depot! Today was the first day that I did not have a good experience. The ppl working pro services checkout need to get their work ethic together. While looking at some materials an employee came over to us n told us that we needed to move so they could get a load off the isle we were by...ive worked retail for over 15 yrs and never would I rush a customer because I needed to do something,nor would I just stand at the cashwrap n have a line and not help check anyone out. The store isles in the building materials section of the store were cluttered and some impassable. But I will say that I did get assistance from 2 ladies out on the floor,and both were helpful.

Everything and Everybody I needed was there in their places. All my questions was answered. Directions was given. Emotions was there. Happy tears was shared. Our needs were met. I am so BLESSED.

Ivan went beyond to help me out. He provided a very kind service and was acknowledge to answer all my questions. Location is clean and organized and items pricing is fair. Ivan offer us to apply for a credit card. Will check it out next time.

Yesterday I went to pick up a ship to store pickup order. It turned out to be a nightmare as the store's computer was down. This kept them from being able to look up the location of my order. When a male associate asked me what it was I told him that it was four 4'X8' sheets of green plastic lattice. Although that was correct, I believe it mislead him into looking for the obvious, four 4'X8' sheets. He didn't find them in the pickup area and went to the back to look. I was standing at the counter for 40 minutes waiting. Every associate I dealt with was polite and trying to help, but one stood out. That was associate Trimeche. Not only was she trying to help me she was assisting others at the same time. She did not give up and decided to go check the pickup area again herself. Rather than looking for the obvious, she got some help and checked everything out there. She found it. The lattice was rolled up in two 2'X2'x4' boxes. Thanks to her I was able to pickup my order and leave. She also was the cashier at the other end of the store today, and she was again the epitome of a competent employee. You are fortunate to have her in you employ. I will certainly doing my shopping at this store in the future

I haven't been in the Home Depot in about a month and I'll tell you what I was really shocked and surprised how everything was neat organized especially the lumber department everybody was very friendly like always very helpful and I love going to Lake Jackson store

Very helpful

I brought in a piece of trim so I could match the color. The color he made for me was not as glossy or the same color. When I commented on this the paint guy said there was no way to exactly match the color...so i ended up spending $15 for a quart of paint that doesnt match my trim ...very disappointed..
