Very helpful

I brought in a piece of trim so I could match the color. The color he made for me was not as glossy or the same color. When I commented on this the paint guy said there was no way to exactly match the color...so i ended up spending $15 for a quart of paint that doesnt match my trim ...very disappointed..

This store had a better selection of the hardware I was looking for compared to Lowes and Lake Hardware. We appreciated the help we received from the lady at the returns desk and the gentleman working in the check out area. It is nice to walk into a store that has a good selection and the people are friendly and willing to help.

The Lake Jackson store has better prices on plants and lots of other items. Easy in and out compared to others.

Helen in The Garden Center is an asset to Home Depot. Her friendliness is second to none.

Speaking as a local, this store provides a better shopping experience than the competition. Better pricing, better display of products and more courteous and helpful employees. Well designed web site allows for pre shopping location and quantities. I've had good experiences with ordering online as well.

Placed an order online for pick up. Web site indicated a pack of 8 storage totes were $5.98. When I arrived for my order, I was told it was an error, however there was no attempt to correct or resolve their mistake. This was after going 20 mins out of my way specifically for what I thought was a good deal. I was given a refund on my order, but ultimately I'm out of pocket time and gas and convenience ...

My sister and I went to the store with a long list of stuff we needed and a guy named Steven in plumbing, went all over the store getting almost everything on the list for us, while I stayed with what he had already gotten for us. Thank you so much Steven, you were a big help to us.

Friendly sales staff-- I purchased rugs and the sales representative ensured I understood about the rug, and helped me get them to my car.

Store is clean and nicely stocked. Found everything I was looking for. Just one problem with a cashier, just make sure you check you receipt for discrepencies before you leave. Manager and Head Cashier were more than helpful.

This store has all the wood you would need for projects inside and outside the home.
