Clean and friendly store!

Very disappointed. Not one employee greeted me or asked if I needed help. The item I was looking for was supposed to be in stock, nine actually, and when I found the item it was so high on the shelf I had to go look for an employee. I had to speak to him first and he reluctantly got a ladder for my product.

Please do not waste your time going to purchase an appliance from this store. The employee they had trying to help us lied to our face. When questioned about his inconsistent statements proceeded to get an attitude and left. The second person who helped us, a young lady then confirmed that everything the “more experienced” Tim told us was a lie. Tim was encouraging us to purchase more services than we needed then asking us to complain to the service members and come back to the store to demand a refund. Who does this?!?! Worst experience I’ve had in a long time. Took our money elsewhere and ended up spending a lot more for better service.

This has to be the worse Home Depot. Everything is everywhere, the parking is tight and limited, it's dirty and it is just pure chaotic. I will never go back.

Super friendly and accommodating employees. Store was stocked well and clean. Will start driving past the “other” home improvement store to come here.

A sad day for Home Depot. I went into the store to return an item that didn't function as was intended and was confronted by an employee that was out of control and emotional. He worked at the Return Desk and should have been much more customer orientated. He responded to my return with a loud voice complaining that the item had been used and that it had been nearly one month since it was first purchased. He did return my money but didn't accept the item for return and I had to dispose of it on my own.

Why is the inventory accuracy so crappy? Why does the staff acknowledge it is defective, but not fix it? Every time I go to this store, I waste 25% of my time trying to find the pro item I need to purchase. For less common items, I always check online for store inventory in advance. At least 25% of the time when I get to the store, one of four problems happens: 1. Item is not available in location advertised. 2. Staff cannot find it 3. Item located in box which doesn't match box label or shelf marking 4. Quantity is wrong ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Fix advertised inventory to match website. Get staff to care about the inventory accuracy. Get the staff to put returned inventory items in spot matching shelf label and front of box. Change corporate policy to ensure items listed on the website to be placed on display. I have been told by staff several times they were not allowed to put items on shelf even though in stock and stored in racks above. This recently occurred with a Ridgid tool, 10 above, none on display. Took 30 minutes to find it

During this difficult time of the pandemic, we found several extremely helpful employees. The store was quite busy, but they found time to assist us specifically.

I warn everyone to stay away from this store. Tania is rude and disrespectful. She spoke bad of her employer. Stating they don’t care of the employee or customer safety. She stated fire department has been there numerous times. And it’s soo bad employees are calling police for help! She also said customers are stupid going in that are non essential. I’m a contractor and this is my job how I support my family. And she said I should not be out! If you hate your job stay HOME!!!! Home Depot will not get my money with employees like that.

I can find things at this store that I can not at others and people are friendly and helpful!!

The store was neatly organized and the staffs are very friendly and well-informed with their products. Especially, I had a great shopping experience because of Todd and Samantha.

The Lake Worth,TX store is 5 stars. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable and will go out of there way to help you, no matter what dept. they work in. The store is clean and stocked. If the product is not at the store they will find it and get it to you ASAP. They even followed up with me to make sure all my requests had been met. I will forever be a Home Depot customer. Thank You!

IT is easy to get in and out and most of the time the product is in stock.

I shop here regularly. Of course you have good days and bad days with shopping. Overall, they have some good employees at the store who are genuinely interested in being of service. For the most part the store is always well stocked and I can find what I need on a Shelf. I shop a lot of hardware stores and this is favorite

Hats off to Toni and Cheyanne for great costumer service when I showed up with a difficult return. They went the extra mile to make sure I was totally satisfied with the return process. Also thanks to Will in appliances for advising me on how to handle an appliance that did not meet our expectations. Great folks working at this store. I visit the store several times per week and I always find what I am looking for. Love the folks at the paint mixing station also.
