The employees in Customer Service went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of after another location didnt apply a military discount or complete the Home Depot credit card application. Special shout out to Mama Kat, Clarissa, and Maria for all their help and patience.

Donny has excellent customer service skills. He is a great help. If in store I would highly recommend going to him.

Could not find an associate to assist me

This store has the most friendly and helpful associates. I never find myself confused or lost because there is always someone immediately available to guide you to the right place.

Ethan and Tania in the Paint Department where amazing help when picking out a color for projects! I was in and out in minutes and THRILLED with the colors they help me choose! AWESOME Customer Service!!!

If you need a fridge and you want service and knowledge...Jeannie is your woman! Very helpful, warm and friendly. A breath of fresh air in these big box stores.

Friendly employes, clean stores

Love HD as a rule and since this particular location is the only one around for miles, so I shop there. However, they really need more employees to help, in the Garden Center and lumber in particular, as far as loading products. And the place is a mess. But gotta love HD. :)

Nice people, but you cannot get around the store as the aisle are full of displays. The parking lot needs new stripping as today, there was a trailer parked so far out into the drive, you couldn’t make it past it. They really need a bigger store. It is almost easier to go to the big store in White Settlement.

HD in Lake worth is a clean store with plenty of stocked items needed, and their employees are very helpful.

The Lake Worth Home Depot is a very convenient store to get to and has very helpful sales reps and cashiers. It seems like all the sales people know where everything is located in the store. They are very courteous and help you find what you need for your project. Very Knowledgeable on most all items and services.

I walked in today expecting to wait in a long line for my oder pick up but was suprised to see new multiple customer service desks and multiple new self check out kiosk. Much better than before.

Jack in the kitchen design area is terrific to work with! He will go over and above for you...I would suggest calling to make an appointment with him. He stays busy but worked with us even after he was supposed to leave for the evening...

Employees in the lumber area lazy and unhelpful

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable...store, bathroom and isles were neat and clean...products are always easy to locate.

It is a good store but too small. It is crowded and aisle are cluttered with items, ladders, and people.

This store is always clean, always well lit, there is always a store employee to help me at least within a few isles of where ever I am. I have never encountered a unfriendly employee or one that acted too busy to stop what they are doing and give me as much attention as needed. Never had to wait in line behind more than 1 person at checkout. Sometimes the returns can have a line of a few people, but that is expected in my opinion. I don't even try their competitor(1 mile away) anymore because they just can top this store.

The store was clean and stocked well. Customer service at the Pro Desk was great. Arlene was exceptional you need more employees like her

The lumber section was a mess. There was no sign indicating that they had any 2x10x10's in stock but they were there mixed with other dimensions of lumber. If I hadn't of looked on line before I went I would not have known the price of the items I went after. After I found the lumber I was after there was only one active cashier and that was at Contractor check out. I got in that line and was there for about 10 minutes while the cashier had some issue with the customer in front of my because one of the items he was trying to buy was not marked. I finally went to the self check out and got in line there. Would it KILL you to have active cashiers working in your store?? I would not have gone to Home Depot if it weren't for the 15% discount coupon that I had received in the mail. Trust me the discount was not worth the time I spent trying to find my items and waiting to pay for them.

The store although kind of messy, derian and Veronica are super respectful and made the checkout line zoom by. Great associates!!
