Everyone in this store was friendly and very helpful. Never had a problem with any purchases that were made.

This store is wonderful and friendly. Problems are solved if they occur, and there will always be some issues, but everyone tries to help solve any problem that has happened. Store is neat and clean.

We are building a house and made the trip to Lancaster store for a number of items. We found the store well stocked and organized. The employees were pleasant and knowledgeable as we needed help in 3 different departments. Because of the service we received, we were able to get what we needed in a timely manner.

I've always found the employees at this Home Depot to be readily available and extremely helpful. Kudos.

I shop at home depot anytime I need supplies for my projects, always a pleasure to visit, employees and store set up

Some collective information on purchasing home appliances delivered by companies that are contracted out by Home Depot. If there is a problem due to the lack of knowledge of these delivery people, neither Home Depot or the contracted company will correct the problem. This will be found out after you have been directed back and forth from Home Depot to the contracted company about 20 times.

Store is stocked efficiently and service is top notch.

There are so many very polite, courteous, helpful people working there. We go there quite frequently!

Had an excellent shopping experience today at Home Depot. Kathy Rogers helped me find the spray attachment I was looking for to add onto my faucet. Instead of going on break she helped me, the customer. Now, that's customer service.

I went in to look for a Vacuum Cleaner. I waited for some assistance when a man with a black shirt name Mark approached and asked if I needed help. I surely did because I was not sure on what type or what brand I wanted. He was patient and helped me do the research on the different AMPS and what is suitable for my house size and so on. I can honestly say that Mark provided me the best customer service I could have hoped for although I just came from Lowes an hour before.

I recommend the home depot in Lancaster, SC , because the customer service is very great! We are waited on by friendly people who go out of their way to help.

We have been doing some updating and redecorating, and we've found everything we've needed here from air vent covers to match our hardwood floors to paint to flooring. The employees have helped us locate items and provided expertise when we've had questions.

This store is normally well stocked and the employees friendly and willing to help. Beside that they like my jokes so they must be really ok. Ha Ha. I really appreciate the military discount.

The long time staffers at this Home Depot have really made an impression on newcomers. They are consistently showing others how to improve their store by providing the utmost Friendliest customer service and knowledge to back it up with.
