I have always been treated very good at the Lewiston store. It is usually well staffed and well stocked and the people are friendly.

We've been in several times this past week buying supplies for our new escape rooms location. The staff has been knowledgeable and friendly, very helpful! Everything we've needed has been in stock. Prices have been very competitive.

Associates in the Kitchen Design area were very knowledgeable and helpful. They exceeded our expectations in product knowledge and patience.

The people that I have had the pleasure to work with in this store have always been very friendly and helpful. If I needed help finding a product they were very clear in giving me directions or they walked me to where I needed to go and would ask if I needed any further help. I am usually asked two or three times if I need any help by staff that happed to walk by where I am shopping or pass me on their way to someplace. The store is clean and the restrooms are also clean and neat.

I dealt with three sales associates today and all three provided a most pleasant shopping experience. Items were easy to find, cashier was courteous and friendly, and I found some outstanding sale prices.

I depend on Home Depot to have success in my business. I do a lot of flooring work. I buy and use the various snap together flooring I need from Home Depot. It is disappointing that I not able to buy one or two pieces. Instead I'm forced to buy a whole box leaving me to store material even though I don't have a proper place to do so. I also have to hope the particular product isn't discontinued and is no longer available. I wished Home Depot would allow opened boxes of snap together flooring to be sold individually.

The store was neat and clean and it had a pretty good selection of what I was looking for. Not sure how they could have had more except that some of what I was looking for was only on line, even though there was a big display out front. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

The employees there were very helpful, they answered questions respectfully. Items were easily found, the store was clean and well arranged. I was able to get the assistance I needed, and purchase the items I needed.

What a lot of nice, knowledgeable people to help at the Lewiston Home Depot. I have been to other Home Depots but none as helpful as this one. Thanks to Mike in home appliances and also the people in the paint department for knowing how to take the purple out of my grey paint!!

This store is a good place to shop. I do have a problem with how the surveys are used. It has been brought to my attention if the surveys do not receive all highest marks it is considered a bad review. This needs to change. I have had exceptional service and good shopping experiences but if I honestly rate the question for example "were all employees friendly through out the store" as being only half true it is considered a bad review. That makes the entire shopping experience a bust when in reality it was exceptional.

I like the courteous and helpful employees at this store. I love that you have most everything we need for projects in building things. The garden center has a wonderful selection of products from soil, pots to plants of all kinds. The store is always clean and organized. I love shopping here.

I've always been skeptical of the big box stores, but at Home Depot the employees are friendly and helpful, the selection is fantastic, and the prices are fair. I'll keep shopping there.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot because I can always expect to find the items needed, or they can get them in a short period of time. Very friendly, helpful and courteous assistants. Will be spending many more hours shopping at this store.

We were there picking up some supplies last week and I got up to the counter to pay. I always hesitate at that stupid machine with the pen that carries all the germs on it. The cashier recognized me. "Ah, I know you" she said as she whipped off a clean bag and opened it up so that I could put my hand into it so I wouldn't have to touch the disgustingly germy pen! Aghast I stepped back a bit and glanced at her name tag. This wonderful girl was now worthy of some space in my brain to memorize her name. Jaydon. She's awesome. Needs a raise. All the associates are very helpful but Jaydon just stood out today.

An employee Joe Hernandez went out of his way to help us the whole way. Got it loaded even . He is happy and has a wealth of knowledge at Lewiston Home Depot. Thanks again Joe!!!

I as a single senior I love the ability to pay on time for my large purchases. I have replaced all my toilets, purchased laminate flooring, a riding lawn mower etc. I really love this payment option you offer. I have had terrible installation experiences with the installers that Home Depot has in this area. I had two sliding doors installed that still are not right. The local Jeld-wen dealer that I hired to do the complete window and door install on my house a year or two later was appalled at the install and actually took photos to show the Jeld-wen represenative. My neighbor had carpet laid and had a good exprience with the Home Depot installers. I decided to give Home Depot another chance. It again was a disaster. The instsller had my carpet folded in a wad in the back of a van when he arrived. After laid the seam in the center of the room pouched up. The installers came back and pounded it down, and again it lifted, they then told me that they could SHAVE IT DOWN ??? I was not happy they eventually replaced the whole carpet. I have considered having the N-hance refinish on my kitchen cabinets done but am too gun shy on having this work done by Home Depot contractors even out of thr Spokane WA area, because that is where the carpet layers were from.

The best products at the best prices sold by the best employees! We are thrilled with the Lewiston Home Depot and do not mind driving 40 miles from Moscow to shop there!

Store is clean, well lit & has large selection of various items & associates are friendly & helpful so you can find what you want or will order it for you.

We love going to this store, there are always store assistants available to ask questions and receive help. They are polite and kind.

Sometimes it is hard to find a sales associate to assist, but generally when I search for an employee they seem to be friendly and knowledgeable about where an item is located. If they are unsure, they look up items on their phones, and let me know if the items I am looking for are in stock.
