This past Saturday, my husband and I had the pleasure of shopping once again at one of our favorite stores, Home Depot. The store was clean, orderly, and items were organized. The associates were very helpful, and eager to find what we were looking for...and they did it with a warm smile. Ms. Brittiany cashier & Mr. John floor personnel, had given us the help and the service we needed. The transactions are always easy and pleasant. They NAIL IT every time!!!Kudos to You Mr. Craig!

The Madison Home Depot is in an excellent location off the intestate ample parking. It is right in the same vicinity as a Krogers and its almost on stop shopping.

Pricing is good but not all items in the store have prices on them. Goods are in the rows of the store; makes it tough to move thru the store with a cart. Staff is not aware of items that are on sale in the newspaper flyer. Only 1 cashier on duty for the contractors check-out. The average person has to use the self service check out.

The store was clean and neat employees were very friendly and the employee Monique Esco was neat,clean,nice,friendly,and helpful!

I rate this store on a scale of one through 10 about a eight. Reason not a ten is someone should always be in garden section offering loading assistance to ladies and elderly people without being asked. Bought dishwasher, washer and dryer from appliance section. Dave was most helpful. Only thing I'm disappointed in is the fact that I was only offered 12 months at zero interest. Today I get a circular that says I should have waited until the 4th and got the new promotion that offers 24 zero financing. I will probably pay it of early anyway but feal I should have been informed of this promotion. I will always be skeptical now in any further purchases from Home Depot as to whether I am getting the best buying options available. Willie from Madison Ms store delivered our microwave we had just purchased. I could not be more pleased in a delivery guy and his helper. Hope he delivers my other appliances we just bought.

Great Service over the phone with a carpet order. Found the carpet on line, they had it in stock, order was easy and ready for contractor pick up.

The employees were very helpful in helping me find the items I needed. Daphne, Calvin, and Darryl answered my questions and gave great customer service!

Impossible to get help the cashiers are not very friendly mostly act bored. The returns desk is worse even with an unopen package and receipt.

We don’t live near this location but I wish we did. Several staff members (4) asked if they could assist us and Shanice at checkout was very efficient and super friendly.

Darryl Brown went above and beyond to help me with my appliance purchases. I am a Grandmother and was with my 2 year old granddaughter shopping afterwork. He made the visit helpful and friendly and always had a smile. This man needs a Raise!

I do not recommend Home Depot for any purchase.

I like this store, I pass 2 other stores to get to this one. They also carry things that the store closes to me don't have, such as wool flax window blinds 54" wide in chocolate. Its big and clean and friendly.

My experience was a very bad one. The employees gave me conflicting information about the return policy. I live an hour away from the store, so the back and forth with bad info thing was not something I was looking forward to. The manager Johnathan resolved my issue, but not without being a condescending disrespectful person. I suffered significant hearing loss during my deployment to Iraq, which causes me to speak loudly. He mocked me after I told him why I speak loudly. It was a very humiliating experience. I will never step foot in the store again. That guy really provoked violent thoughts in me, especially when he mocked me for my hearing loss.

Walked by 5 associates and all 5 smiled, but no one asked if I needed assistance. Went to the Customer Service Counter to pay for 1 item because the garden register and the Pro register was too far to walk to pay and then walk all the way back to the front door. Self Service machine does not provide military discount.

never can find an associate when I need assistance. they look busy doing nothing and most of them walk away when they see a customer coming and quite a few do not know what a smile is.
