I love going to this home depot because they always have what I need and all the employees are super helpful and friendly. Love it!

I was at the Manhattan store to purchase a storm door. When I went to that section of the store, there was one employee busy with a customer. She immediately called for assistance and a young man from the Lumber Section came to assist. Though he was unfamiliar with the DOOR/WINDOW section, he did his very best to locate the door I was interested in purchasing. He retrieved a cart to carry the door to checkout. He asked if there was anything else he could assist me with. He thanked me for shopping Home Depot. I do have other options, but I almost always use HD. My only suggestion is to do a bit more 'cross training' with employees so they have more familiarity of your product lines offered. That said, every employee was friendly and helpful.

I have never had an issue finding help when needed and they are always pleasant and friendly.

Went in looking for a few items and every all I walked in there was also a friendly worker that was interested if I was Finding everything okay and then would take me to the spot to where the item was that I was looking for then when it came to check out. Amber showed me everything I needed to know about how your system worked to get out quickly. Overall it was a great experience and your store carries everything that as a handyman I can ever want

Kudo’s to Ms. Sonia! Her customer service goes beyond excellent. We ordered appliances and ran into a snag, Ms. Sonia came to the rescue. She had an excellent service rep assist us Ms. Anita and between them both the took the upmost care of us. Ms. Sonia went above and beyond showing us her and the store appreciated our business. Thank you again Ms. Sonia and we look forward to shopping with in the future!

I do all of my home repair/upgrade purchases from this store, even though I live around the corner from another big box store.

The employees are very professional towards the customer and towards their peers. The Manhattan Homedepot is very organized, well stocked and always clean.

The store is very nice and Kathy and Dan are wonderful people and employees. The entire store is very helpful. Every time I have gone in they were able to help me or tell me where to go to get what I needed. Thank you so much.

Brett went above and beyond to get me the right paint for the brick garage project I am working on. He is very knowledgeable in this department and helped me make the right decision quickly. He was able the find the right color match that I was looking for. I recommend other customers to seek him out when they visit the store as he has a very friendly personality and is easy to work with.

They have some of the most knowledgeable employees we've come across in a long time. We're doing DIY home improvements, specifically bathroom, paint throughout, and flooring. They can expertly answer your questions, and give you helpful feedback when they notice a flaw in your plan. We never feel like an inconvenience, and appreciate their patience helping us navigate our needs.

I've not had a bad experience at this store before. People are always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help. I'm proud to be living in the same town with these people who serve with a smile on their faces.

Miss Sandy at Home Depot is AWESOME. Friendly, helpful, and gave me her "Sandy's daily special" on some Ryobi tools. And in return bought some more tools and promised her I'd leave a review! Thank you Sandy you made my day! Miss Jessica at check out was awesome as well and made sure all discounts and coupons went thru. And told me about survey. Good job!!!

Martin was our person from start to finish on our purchase. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the product we ended up purchasing.

I love Home Depot and have had a lot of positive experience overall with this company. This store obviously must be a franchise and we live in the area near it. The employees were reluctant to go out of their way to help anyone and we got a lot of rude stares when we were trying to check out. No one asked us if we were finding the things we needed and a woman excused us after we waited in line so she could go home after seeing us waiting for several minutes to check out. It's just unprofessional and feels very unwelcoming when there are employees who act like they are too good to working there or to help you. My partner and I were not rude or acted impatient.

The people at the carpets /curtains section are knowledgeable and helpful.Fantastic customer service

The associates are the worst. They do not provide service. You can never find them when you find them they don’t know anything and can’t even help.

I was able to obtain the materials I was looking for quickly. The store employees were nice and offered to assist me with anything I needed. Very helpful all the way around.

Mary and Dave at customer service went above and beyond to help me get the flooring that I needed that they didn't have enough of in stock.They were kind and helpful and even had delivery set-up for me!

We went into order our new countertops, and were excited to finally get one of our big projects for our home completed. We new the measurements, our type of sink, the edge form, and exposed corners. Unfortunately, we were met with no sales associate for over half an hour of looking. When an appliance specialist had pity and came over to call management for help (on speaker), they were rebuffed with nothing more than a terse "no." After some time we were finally able to order and pay for our countertops, and were feeling great walking out of the store. Fast forward to the next week: We hadn't heard from the contractor, and were beginning to worry about the project. We called the store to see if we could get an update, or a point of contact for the install to help coordinate with our plumbers. Customer service was lacking. Any effort we expended to reach out to the store for information was rebuffed with a "you could cancel at any time." How is this ok? We only called after a week of not hearing from our contractor. We paid for the entire install and materials up front. We were not confrontational, and I used tact. However, I didn't feel it was beyond the pale to ask for an update since we hadn't been contacted about our order in the time allotted. The only feedback we got besides the offer to cancel is that the contractor was "really good and if he calls you you'll appreciate the work." Now it's almost two weeks since we first ordered and paid... and still no initial appointment for the contractor to come measure and assess the project. We're still in the wind on this one as I type this after paying a very sizable amount (for our household.)

I normally have very good service at this store. I need it. I don't always know what I'm looking for, or the correct name of the product. The store is clean and isles easy to get through.

Check online for items, go to store and self check out. It is just that easy. Friendly and helpful employees even during these troubling times. Great place to just walk around and get ideas for future projects as well.

It would be most helpful if a HD employee was in the parking area to help us older people load large and bulky items into my pick- up. No other large hardware store offer this service and HD could be the first.

Once again, very helpful knowledgeable sales personnel.. Ask for Nancy in Garden Department if you are buying a lawn mower. Can't get this help on line.
