Helpful and very friendly hands on associates

In my experience, the associates in the Manhattan Home Depot are always friendly and ready to help. The store is well kept, and usually in stock for items I wish to purchase. I do wish the store were a little bigger, so they could carry a larger assortment of items, but I blame that on the City of Manhattan, not Home Depot.

Andy at the service desk is most helpful, does not rush, makes sure he has gotten the correct information to order a product online. Black Zfriday, I’m sure the store was busy, but he took the time to help me get the ladders I wanted! Thank you Andy! Home Depot has a great employee, with a great attitude and great customer service skills!

I enjoyed my shopping experience at the location. The staff was very helpful, the store was clean and the cashier Elizabeth (an Army spouse) was a pleasure to work with!

It is one of the few stores in town remaining where people and employees are courteous to people with disabilities and children in this time. I can't express my gratitude enough for making this one of three places I would go shop alone anymore and without fear. Thank you!

I'm new to the area and I had such a great experience at this location. Paul went above and beyond to assist me fix a side table that was missing hardware. This is not at all my area of expertise and he helped me figure out everything in a timely manner. Very professional associates at this location and the store is kept up. Highly recommend!

This Pro Services goes above and beyond to correct anything! There is no comparison! Always willing to help and they will know you by name on the 2 visit! They really do know what they are talking about! This should also extend to the management! You have a great team!

I have shopped at this store for years and visit quite often but for the past year or so the lack of customer service is ridiculous. I would not recommend this store at all.

I was helped by two amazing associates today, Logan and Cory. They helped me on a very imposing project, and made it a lot easier for me! The store also have up-to-date inventory on their website, and it made looking for products very easy! Help was readily available and took no time.

Been to many Home Depot’s, this is the worst for customer service. Still waiting on appliances , which no one can give a straight answer on, have had no assistance with loading large material items / quantities of items, And anytime you ask for help from an associate they try to pass off to another.

The people at this Home Depot are very friendly and know the products they sell.. they seem to go out if their way to be helpful.. the Management are accessible and friendly and they are there to help the customer... This is a very nice store to shop...
