I had three people help me with my unique request to build a mini-football field for arts and crafts. Mike “trouble” helped me figure out the pvc lengths, and cut and built the field goal post, and came up with a stand for it, brilliant! Mike M. and Amelia A. both helped me get the right amount and type of Astro-turf for the field. I’m sure to win the pumpkin decorating contest thanks to all of their help!

I was approached within two minutes of entering the store by Miss.T in lawn and garden. She was very helpful throughout my visit and outstanding customer service. She knew knowledge in everything I needed.

I was in the store to pick up some plants for my spring projects. When checking out, the lines moved quickly and Gabe was a wonderful cashier. He asked me about my project and made me feel like a valued customer. What a nice young man!

I went to look for potting soil snd was pleasantly surprised at the stock & variety they had in the lawn & garden center. I bought several plants and the checkout girl was super kind and loaded my heavy items for me. I’ll definitely remember this trip and my pleasant experience!

I came in looking for an item that the HD app said was in stock, but I couldn't find it anywhere. An associate looked it up and verified that it was in stock, in the back warehouse. Then she borrowed a forklift and brought it to me. That was extremely helpful.

Always an easy shopping experience. Other than one item that wasn’t in stock, I found everything and the item out of stock was found online and will arrive tomorrow! The app makes finding things so easy!

Employees are visible and ready to help

I couldn't find any help I was looking for things, and nobody came up to me and asked me if they could help me find something, I saw four or five employees standing around, talking to each other, never offered to me help me find anything. so I went to the 95th and Metcalf store and I had three or four people asked me if there's anything they can help me with so I'm going to that store from now on.

I live much closer to two other Home Depot stores in the Kansas City Metro and drive the distance to this more organized and friendly store. Always well stocked!

Checking out is a pain for me. I had a large box w Christmas tree in it. Jennifer stepped right up and helped me very kindly and with a big smile.

I purchased a pressure washer for my wife on our anniversary. Unfortunately, it stopped working four months later. Even though my purchase was out of the return window, John, the manager, stepped in and got me store credit so now I will be able to get my wife something else!

Looking for washer that wasn't high efficiency and also not wanting a lot of bells and whistles. After a couple hits and misses LaDonna and her co-workers worked with me and found exactly what I wanted.

Got dome beautiful flowers for my farden

Savana helped me with a complicated return that I didn’t have all of the info for. She displayed a working knowledge of the computer system and really cares about helping me.

This location isnt the closest one to my house but I will start making the trip just to come to this one. The associate in appliances was so helpful and amazing.

website does not match what they have in store "in stock pickup today" not true. had to order and have to wait a week

Don't expect to find a competent salesperson in any department. Don't expect timely assistance. AND absolutely do not expect that the price you pay ensures you will receive what you paid for.

This Home Depot is by far the best Home Depot I have ever worked with. Steve and his pro delivery guys constantly go above and beyond for me and my business. I will drive an hour out of my day passing other Home Depot's just to go to this one.

The store Manager (Lucky) was outstanding and helped resolve concerns we had with a faulty riding mower bagger. He went well beyond expectations. We will definitely be returning to this Home Depot in particular.

A store employee helped me to my car with a lawnmower that was in a large box. When we could not fit the box in my car, the HOME Depot employee, whose name is Will, put the box in his larger vehicle and drove it HOME for me since he was signing out for the day. I will never forget Will's kindness!!!

Despite 5 Home Depot associates gathering and talking together at the entrance greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. When I finally asked for assistance, not one person knew where the items were that I needed.
