Very friendly and helpful associates. Easy to get in and out while picking up the things you need.

I received excellent customer service from an associate in the garden center. In this day and time, it is refreshing to experience such great customer service and it is greatly appreciated!

I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. The associate told me right where to find the item I was looking for.

The store is always clean. They only time I've ever had to wait for service has been when the associates are obviously busy helping other customers. The departments all seem to have their designated experts in the field. When items and delivered and installed, the delivery and installation people have all been friendly, helpful and professional.

Apparently I checked something incorrect as on the survey it stated that I would not shop at that store again. I could not return to it to correct it. However, my answers were all positive and from someone reading it, would know that I checked the wrong answer. Sorry about that. However I will shop there as the personnel--on the floor and the cashier-- were very helpful to me in finding products and processing the transaction.

The other leading competitor needs to learn a thing or two about how to greet and treat customers like this Home Depot.

I've only been three times because I was pushed too. But those three times were excellent. My first visit was an ooh wee kind of thing. Items slapping you in the face first off. I'm sort of a DIY type and there were things calling me like crazy. Replacements for my father old tools. Employees were greeting and assisting like their jobs depended on it. Especially in the paint section. Just browsing around was enjoyable. You were asked if I needed and help in finding anything and all that. suggestions were made and some taken. Yes I will be going back.

When I could not find what I needed at one Home Depot, I went to this one to look. The associate were very helpful and directed me to the correct isle with a smile on her face. I then required assistance to cut blinds after finding what I wanted. The customer service desk immediately called for assistance. I went back to the dept and it was only a couple of minutes before someone came. Smile on his face and very pleasant to work with. I left a happy customer!

The store was clean, and the tools necessary for purchase were readily available. It would be nice to have more readily available customer service personnel to help with finding items in the store. But overall, it was a good experience.

I was looking for plants for my flower garden. I asked where the coleus were located and they walked to the area and showed me the different varieties available. After I chose four plants she helped me move my cart to the cashier. The cashier Teresa explained how the survey could help them know more about what the customers wanted and possibly win $5,000.

I was greeted with a smile and a shopping cart, immediately directed to my needed area, assisted by another associate upon finding that area, and then received a speedy checkout....Great experience!

Items easy to find and good quality. If you have a question about a product you can ask someone for help.
