I need to say that this particular store will always win my business as I can count on the staff to assist me for whatever my needs are. Compared to the Waterford store, this store definitely deserves five stars

All aspects of this store have been generally good however, since the Covid 19 pandemic hit, the wearing of face coverings and social distancing have not been enforced in this store to the degree that is necessary to make a comfortable environment for the customers. Too many people walk in and do not follow the rules about face masks plainly marked on signs at the entrance, and the only ones that can enforce this is the employees as is done in many other businesses in the region. .Right or wrong, it HAS to be a team effort..

Everyone was helpful the supervisor and the cashier Crystal was very nice and patient...

In store shopping is great. If you are purchasing large items you are better off picking it up yourself. The delivery side is poorly ran and you will not receive your item on the date that you are given at the store. It is not the fault of the store itself but every bad experience I have had with Home Depot has been as a result of the delivery system they have in place.

Great store better than some of the Home Depot’s I’ve been to. Where the staff is just standing around and not a single person has an answer to your question. Great location friendly staff and a good solid stock of most items

Had found this particular item before and was pleased try still carries it and it was found in the same location as last time. Service like a small hardware store. It was just fruit fly trap. Nothing big but just what I needed. The associate kayo and I had a discussion about fruit flies lining in your drains.

It's always a pleasure to visit this particular location as the staff is eager to assist me with whatever I need plus it's right around the corner from where I live which is another definite plus.

One thing in particular is that people at the pro desk all refer to me by name.

If you are a military retiree you might want to make sure you have the Home Depot military discount policy on your phone so you can school the cashiers on the Home Depot Military Discount policy. Overall my shopping experience was satisfactory.

I had the sort of experience that anyone would be pleased with.

Not only did we find what we needed but the team helped tremendously. They saved us money!!! Everyone from the time we walked in until the time we left greeted us and asked how we were doing. They took their time to answer our questions (and I had a lot) and point us to the right products. That really made my pregnant wife feel good. The store was very clean and orderly as well. Gotta see it to believe it!!!

Dale was such a joy to work with us today when we tried to figure out how to use the "self checkout"!!!! (LOL....not all of us are so inclined to figure it out!!!) She made us feel so important with her kindness, helpfulness and caring. We feel she should be made an example of for other employees to follow her lead and used in employee training sessions.

The staff was willing to help me. They did not run and hide like they do at Lowes

Cashiers not friendly and not helpful. The Lisbon store is EXCELLENT but unfortunately were out of stock of an item so I needed to visit the Montville store. I will hopefully not have to go back to this store. The associates were too busy discussing their previous night out to bother helping a customer at checkout. Store itself was clean and well-stocked and luckily we were able to find what we needed and got out of the store quickly.

The customer service cashier Carey is a great asset to the company. Her customer service skills are impeccable and she was able to solve an issue that the floor person couldn't and didn't even try.

I have visited the store on a number of occasions for my home projects and generally find the staff to be very pleasant and helpful and sometimes can answer questions about how to make it easier to do the job

Had a great visit today at Montville Store! Carey Ann helped with the design for cabinets for my tiny kitchen, patient she was with me through the changes, then she made sure I got to the right person to get my floors, then counters then special ordering at service desk. She went above and beyond checking in with me along the way! Needless to say, in one visit I got it all done! Thanks to All of you that helped, Jennifer, Sharon, Brandon, And Rachael. Most especially to Carey Ann for making it happen so easily.

Every time I have come to this store the employees have been great. Even had one guy tell me that he'd try to help me, but what I needed was not in his department and that the guy who worked that department was out that day. He spent a lot of time with me and we eventually figured out what I needed. Can't ask for much more that that. Always courteous and helpful.
