No employees even thought of giving assistance to the gentleman and I who had to pull boards from the back of the shelf. No one asked if we needed assistance, said Hello! or anything. Had to find my own ladder to reach the back of the aisle to pull the wood. Self checkout clerk asked me if I needed assistance when I was half way out the door. Store was dirty, shelves were empty, dank and dark as always. Home Depot stores need a serious cleaning and coat of paint. Look up at the metal holding up the canopy over the pro loading area and see the rust. If I could rate the store less than zero I would.

Convenience is the key word. Store is clean and well stocked. Prices are competitive and you can check inventory on line, place order, and pick-up at the store. Employees are friendly, helpful, and professional.

If you want to be knowingly sold a damaged and inferior product, this Home Depot is the place for you, management couldn’t be bothered to even attempt to make it right.

Employees are great i find everything i need quickly and i feel like they go out of there way to help and make sure u dont need any help. One of the wood workers named Reuben helped me out with the quickness in and out no hassle..

I always have a wonderful experience at this particular store! Unlike another Home Depot nearby, these employees are ALWAYS very nice and willing to help. And the paint department was fantastic! I never knew there were paint samples I could get in any color I wanted so I didn't have to get a quart size.

The store was in the process of setting up for spring but the aisles were open and the associates were very pleasant and helpful .

I HAVE TO THANK MIKE FOR APPEARING NEARLY INSTANTLY AND TAKING ME TO THE RIGHT SECTION AND FINDING EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. BOTH MEMBERS WERE QUICK, AND DELIGHTED TO BE OF ASSISTANCE. I FELT LIKE I WAS IN A NEIGHBORHOOD STORE AND GOT THE WARM-HEARTED SERVICE THAT IS SO PLEASING TO CUSTOMERS. P.S. THE STORE IS ALWAYS NEAT AND CLEAN!

Keri was awesome in helping me. She gave a 5 STAR service, in helping me find filters for my refrigerator. They has them at the Waterford, Ct store so she called there and had them put on hold for me. I went there which is fairly close by, and there they were as promised at the front desk as promised. It all worked out well, because I had to go the the Waterford Crystal Mall anyway. THANK YOU AGAIN KERI

The staff at this location is very friendly and knowledgeable. Always seems to have resolution if I can not fix my problem. Good quality products and backup support on all stocked products

IMHO this store is by far the most helpful Home Depot location! I live near four Home Depot locations and always chose to purchase from this location when possible as I have repeatedly received the help I need and have always had a pleasant shopping experience.

The store is clean, the associates are most often friendly and approachable. The stock levels are generally good. Occasionally, it's hard to find an associate who's available to answer questions, but if you need something for your home or garden, they'll have it.

This was the friendliest and most helpful of all the home hardware stores that I have been in!

Most of the time it is a good shopping experience, but I cannot recommend buying appliances there.
