Very helpful and pleasant staff

I have interacted with lots of the team members at this store and everytime they have been helpful and informative as well as courteous and professional.

Was in there yesterday bought 3 and half pallets of 80lb concrete everyone in pro area are clueless and took over a hour to get loaded cashier Ann refused to check me out said she was busy but asked the person behind me if they were ready to check out extremely rude and not professional

I was assisted by Sales Associate, Tony Morris. He was professional and knowledgeable in the appliance I wanted to purchase. When it was not available, Mr. Morris located the equivalent in another brand, set up a convenient delivery and reviewed the entire transaction along with the Protection Plan that I purchased. He made my shopping experience easy and I left the store knowing the choice of the appliance was exactly what was needed.

Nobody wants to help. They carried two sizes of a fastener that is used in a ton of applications. They have a ton of stuff that rarely gets used in stock. I’m sure it’s some sort of inventory algorithm that says “we don’t need these” but the needs of the customers aren’t being addressed.

The associate in appliances, Tony, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Customer service was great.

I usually shop here and never had problems until today's visit as cashier charged me twice the item for the single item i bought. I noticed it when i reached home and looked at the receipt. Not good.

Bright, clean store with generally friendly staff. Steve in flooring was great, I would unconditionally recommend him with a 5.

We were having issues dealing with Samsung regarding multiple failed deliveries of a washer and dryer. We went to Customer Service of the local HD (North Fort Worth, #6814) to see if they could assist. Cashier (Rhockie) and Manager (Chris) went above and beyond what we ever could have expected. They each took their time to understand the situation and made decisions to help get everything corrected before we left the store. Amazing experience thanks to these two employees going way above and beyond our expectations!

Anne was a great asset & help when I was checking out.

Don't expect any good service on the phone real bad behavior, thats all. "Thanks a whole lot".

I selected a stacked unit on the floor. Waited for a very long time for help. I indicated to her the "stacked unit" I wanted to purchase. She asked us to join her at the register. Went through all the items that were extra, but needed. She said the delivery company would haul away the old set. And they would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. 1.5 weeks later, I got the call, they were heading my way. Literally, 2 minutes later!!! They pulled up out front!!! So much for that 30 minute notice! The contract delivery company men were polite and very nice. Looking at my old set, they informed me that they were not sent out with a "stacking kit". First I have heard of this!! I called HD, oh, well, "happy to ship you one, will arrive in another week(!) and will be an additional fee of 39.99" !!! What?! And! They do NOT haul off the old set, not unless I have paid another additional fee! I am furious. I asked family members who were with me at HD what they heard, same. No mention of any fee for hauling off old set!! Misinformation!!! And all kinds of additional fees to nickel and dime me!! Next appliance purchase will NOT be at Home Depot!

Friendly staff and help is always there. I shop this store first always. When they don't have things in stock, they will check other stores to assist.

Home depot employees are un happy and take it out on the customer. This place need a major overhaul on its customer service

Yes, the staff is very ,friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and someone is always there going through the store cleaning. Never have a problem with returns even if I do not have my receipt. Thank you Home Depot

The store had what i needed. What i like most is that i can go on line look up what i need and it tells me where it is in the store and gives me prices at that time. The staff at this store or always polite, friendly and very helpful. I do which they had more tucks available, that way I wouldn't have to use "U-Haul".

Store was well stocked and clean. Clerks were available and knew where there to assist.

After NOT finding everything we needed, we had a run in with a very rude and snarky employee named Chris. She told us to move from the line we were in to another line for no apparent reason??? When we objected, she was sarcastic with her comments to my wife and I, and then walked off. The young cashier who checked us out was very nice and offered to call the store Manager after witnessing the interaction. My wife just wanted to leave, but she called the store to report the employee for her rudeness. After a somewhat uneventful shopping trip, it only took one person to ruin it and make me regret dropping $250 in this store. Next time we will go elsewhere. It's just not worth the headache.

Very well staffed with Christmas help. I was glad they know when to "Phone-a-friend" for technical questions beyond their expertise. All are very friendly.

AL AND PEGGY ARE WONDERFUL. HOME DEPOT HAS MANY FINANCING OPTIONS TO FIT EVERY NEED.

Customer Service seems to be getting worse at Customer support.
