Clean and friendly staff

My go to store, folks are nice and friendly when I ask for help and questions.

The cashier named Susan/ Susie was so nice packing up our items that we bought. She was very friendly.

My first time trying to find a part for my refrigerator. I was directed to the plumbing department and an associate was called to help me. The associate knew immediately what part I needed so I was able to quickly check out and be on my way.

Each time I visit this Home Depot I am able to get good customer service from start to finish. The store is always clean. I am able to find what I am looking for easily. Dena, the manager is always so helpful and goes above and beyond to provide the highest quality of assistance and customer service.

Worse Home Depot experience ever. I'm disabled customer and the customer service area was filled with obstacles I was driving a handicapped shopping cart, and the clerk did nothing to clear a path for me to exit the area without banging into carts filled with returned merchandise, it was the most disorganized Home Depot I've ever shopped at. In the future I will exclusively go to Dale Hardware for my hardware needs. Home Depot just doesn't care, worse employee interaction, no desire to shop there ever again.

great job, the only set back is that I could't find only one item 2 weeks ago but this time I was able to find.

Most of the time they have everything in stock and in store and the customer service is great.

This is not for the store in general, but specifically for Millwork Specialist Taylor Pruitt, who provided outstanding customer service! Taylor was super-friendly, knowledgable about the products, and procedures such as custom-ordering. Would highly recommend using this employee.

2 customers & I had been waited for 16 mins by the Cutting Service Area for staff to cut our wood and board while 2 female employees walked through and looked at us. They should walk towards us & greet, “how may I help you? have you been helped? or good morning!” We asked 1 of the female staff to call for help, she finally stopped and stated “ok, I will call someone to help.” However, we had to wait 6 mins, no one came. We asked another female staff, wait for 3 mins. 2 men finally came.

During my several visits to this Home Depot, staff I encountered provided excellent customer service.

RETURN REMINDER: I learned the hard way that ALL HDs will often refuse to honor even a receipted return if the purchase was made even partially with store credit. I am also very disappointed that HD has made a decision to outsource declines on returns and makes customers call a phone number, and supposedly makes it impossible to overturn in the store. I understand their reasoning, but really despise being given the runaround. The reason I go to a store in person is to have the confidence that if I buy something, I can more easily return it. This kind of practice makes me want to shop for things online.

Great local store to shop. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The Pro Desk has the most knowledge.
