Newark Home Depot have been our Chosen Place to shop. Very Clean and Organized. The Parking Area is Great and very close to the Freeway. Everybody from A to Z are a 100% Plus!

Perfect experience, perfect associates, perfect manager!

Nice place to visit, but I wouldn’t wanna live there.

Yesterday I had such an awful experience at your Newark store and I am still so upset about it. We hardly ever get out since the pandemic and I am just outraged by your employees. I was shopping for plants with my teen daughter. My husband and baby were there as well but at the time of the incident they were walking elsewhere. We had been at the store for about 30 minutes and had a cart with one flower and 2 small cilantro plants. We were walking out of the inside part of the nursery to the front where all the vegetation plants are to get a tree we saw earlier, when one of your employees started shouting at us. At first she behaved as if I was going to steal from your store but then she realized we were obviously still shopping and she went back to her station . There were other customers there and it was beyond embarrassing for not only me but my daughter as well. I was pretty shaken up so I went back to the worker and very calmly said she handled that inappropriately and was very rude. She then blamed her co worker for making her , then the co worker very aggressively started saying they have the right to ask for a receipt. Over and over she kept repeating it, as if I had done something wrong and with no remorse for their actions. First off they didn’t even ask for a receipt. To act as if I would steal especially with my teenage daughter when it was beyond obvious I was still shopping, is just atrocious. Then to never apologize for their mistake, I’m just absolutely disgusted by your store. I asked for their names and neither would tell me. It makes me never want to step foot in a Home Depot again if this is how you treat your customers. There is a way to handle situations and your employees need to be trained better before you lose even more customers. I regret buying anything from your store.

I am an avid handyman by passion as I like fixing things that are broken and re-purpose old things into some other function. I always seemed to find what I needed for ideas I come up with especially in hardware or tools and definitely in building materials.

Store is staffed with knowledgeable and helpful folks! Benny, Jimmy and Lisa were phenomenal!

I was there this morning. The staff was cleaning the carts and making sure everyone wore masks and keep their distance. The store had everything I was looking for and the cashier Denise was attentive and helpful, she save me a good amount of money by oneping a credit car. The gentatment by the door help me load my car and took the shopping car away. Thank you for providing such a great service specially in this trying times. Sincerely April

Great staff and they are really helpful.

Store does not allow store credit to be used by spouse with same last name even with identification. If you have store credit make sure the person with store credit is present.

The Newark Home Depot is my go-to store for anything in need of fixing. Its clean, the customer service is awesome, and I love, love, love the variety of products. Keep up the good work and we'll keep on coming!!!!

Great Store, with plenty of stock. Employees are a happy bunch eager to help. They are generally very helpful finding products, but not really construction and repair specialists. Please put up a board of PROFESSIONAL licensed specialists and contractors for reference.

Cashier Vanessa was very helpful on the phone and in person. I will definitely shop here again. I got the product I was looking for and a discount because the box was damaged.

The people in this store are friendly and nice. I most of the time get help easily.
