All employees have always been very kind especially Dee in gardening she is very knowledgeable, patient and kind and very helpful to me when ever i have went there weather its gardening or plumbing or anything in between i am a handicap senior citizen they have all been kind out of 20yrs of there service its only been one time that a person was NOT kind. I retired from customer service after 32yrs. So I know great customer service first hand. out of all the Home Depot in the Inland Empire they are the BEST!!!!!!!!!

Your store is: Courteous, Attentive, Informative, good hose keeping and a safe shopping environment.

This store always has what I need and the promo area is usually very good. I can spend hours here and walk out broke. It's my toy store. It's always clean and most of the staff is friendly, except for plumbing/ piping Dept. Tool rental guys are great too.

Great service. Would a visit there if I was in the area again.

Employees at this store are consistently friendly and helpful. Pricing is also at par and sometimes better than other home improvement stores. Good buys are just that - good buys!

The store is clean and organized applying some 5S principal,I have been shopping at Home Depot for many years this was the first time that I had this experience with this particular employee,need to have some trainning to be more productle to teh organization,most of the employe's are friendly en helpfull.

Positive: Staff are friendly and never rude. Negative: Seems like home improvement process is not consistent or efficient. My project took almost two weeks to finalize the estimate. I changed my selection once to "in stock" items to expedite the process because we were told our selection would have to be ordered and would take two weeks to arrive (!!!) but it didn't make things go any faster. We started working with them on 9/13 making multiple visits to the store and accomplishing nothing, almost daily follow up calls to be told we are waiting for one thing or another. Finally signed and paid for the work on 9/27, still daily calls to follow up but as of 10/4, no installation date or materials delivery!

Don't expect help in this store

I frequent this store often. I have had interactions with many employees here and everyone is so nice and very helpful.

Visting from Phoenix AZ, the store was clean and organized. The employees were friendly.

we had been shopping for window replacements at quite a few retail/on line stores. Nancy who works in the window and door department is an absolute professional who exhibits warmth, understanding and knowledge of the product. I can only say I wish all retail stores operated this way.

Out of all the Home Depot stores I have been to this one has the friendliest and most knowledgeable employees I have seen. Store is always well stocked and well kept.

I really like this location over all the other Home Depots in the area. My experiences have been good here. The staff is friendly and helpful, the store is clean and has an easy layout, merch always stocked, the customer vibe is good too. I go to this one even if there is another one close to me.

clean and well stocked store....but beware if you need wood cut ! I was informed that they will NOT cut-to-size, unless there are 12" on either-side of the cut !!! SUPER-IDIOTS !!! *IF* YOU ARE GOING TO OFFER TO CUT-TO-SIZE, THEN YOU BUILD A CUTTING STATION THAT CAN *DO* IT SAFELY FOR *ANY* SIZE YOU ZIPPY-PIN-HEADS !! PFFFT.

Went to this store extremelly happy to buy the materials to remodel my entire bathroom along with my husband and contractor at the time of purchase the cashier a young lady name AYLEN after paying over 1000 dollars in material got verbal with me said to me that i was the kind of customer she does not like all because she opened up a credit card account for me that was not with homedepot the orange card but yet she told me i was applying for homedepot card instead sing me up with a company i did not authorized she desrespected me because i fought my rights. SHE through my id at me and did not provide a receipt of payment to me which i had to drive to a different home depot store to pick up a copy of my receipt and left in tears i hope this does not happened ever to anyone. i'm now yet to speak to the credit card company and cancel it hoping they do not charge me for cancellation something i did not authorized. Luckily inpaid half cash half debit card. i took my business to another homedepot where i was treated with respect and dignity and even made some special orders for my bathroom the windows in my bathroom and the shower door glass door yet to order.

In most cases I am not helped I have to search for help. Today an employee Irene was very helpful when I was passed over by two other people.

The Garden Dept. is superb! Jayden provides excellent customer service. We like the selection of drought tolerant plants.

The employees are really nice here and super helpful!

Bobby is a Great manager. Turned my disappointment into shock with his amazing customer service. I hope the Home Depot corporate office understands I can avoid bad customer service by shopping on-line. To go into a store and have the pleasure of receiving quality customer service means I will go to that store faithfully. Thank you Bobby!!! I hope your broken finger heals quickly!!

The store was very clean. The staff was very helpful and offered assistance. The only issue was that cashier wasn't very knowledgeable for some products. She might need addition raining.
