Poor customer service. They forget who pays their wage! The customer.

This store is always very clean and Employees are always very helpful and friendly. So are the Cashiers.

Easy in and out. Well stocked and well organized.

I live less than 1 mile from this store. I will drive 9 more miles to the Rancho Cucamonga store because many, won't say all but, many front end associates at N Fontana, are rude and lack people skills.

The ladies that worked in the paint department were outstanding and explained paint rollers brushes etc. and helped us select the paint. It was an enjoyable experience

This is the Best Home Depot Store that I have ever visited or shopped at. Everyone of the Staff and Friendly and Helpful. I always find the products that I am looking for and I usually Shop here 2 to 4 times a month. This Store is always clean and whenever I need assistance, the Staff are always knowledgeable to help me find what I am looking for.

The stores displays are great for home projects. I like doing things in the yard and I can always depend on new ideas or an easier way to complete that project and get the parts I need.

Had a very good experience. Started off when I walked into the store and Eric, sweet young man asked if I needed help. Then I went to purchase washer and dryer. Tamarine, she was very knowledgeable and went beyond the call of duty for me. I would go back just to have her as my personal shopper. She's an asset to Home Depot, and so is Eric.

Had a very positive experience with Flooring dept, particularly with Gus Flores. Great Flooring sale and excellent customer service!

On this trip, a few things were out of place in the lumber department. Other than that I had another good experience shopping at this location.

We received excellent customer service from Raoul and Jason and Yvonne. If you need solar panels, check out George from Tesla Solar inside Home Depot. George is super smart and professional.

I am giving this store five stars because off the awesome customer service I receive every time I go there. I have been continuously satisfied by the hard working ethics and customer service excellence I receive by Christina in garden. I know that each time I go there I will be taken care of to the best of their abilities. This is my favorite Home Depot.

I pretty much memorized the layout of this store because I shope here so much. A certain sheet of wood was out of stock so I couldn't purchase the item I really needed. Other than that, the store is always pretty clean and the employees are always ready to help.

Great store. The holiday items in some of the middle aisles need to be organized better.

This store was very neat and carries a big selection for anything you might be looking for in home improvements or just decor. Such a big selection when asked by employees if help is needed it's nice even though you find what your looking for on your own. Everything was just where it was supposed to be. I was very pleased shopping here.

Love the convenience of this store and the majority of the employees are willing to assist and help with my questions.
