Shelf stock is covered in dust. Who wants to take something home that has to be washed/wiped clean much less handle it.

It's getting better slowly. Last couple of times have been better than the past.

Jesi Dickson was an amazing help when I needed to pick out cabinets and counters for my kitchen. She helped me and two other customers all simultaneously, she gave us something to think about then went to help the other guy. I was very impressed by her ability to juggle so many customers at once.

Great and super friendly cashier. Very speedy with their service.

Employees knew exactly where to find product I was looking for, explained features of the assortment of like products. So, I was able to get back on my way as quickly as possible.

My experience was very bad. 1st the store isnt clean, employees arent friendly (compared other Home Depot),& aisles cluttered. I had to stop an associate, while talking w/the associate I was interrupted by a 2nd associate, I moved on. I tried to do a price match, it took about 45 min, customer svc called for mngr, 25 min later a mngr arrived and it took another 20 min to price match (HomeDt online & Amazon). There is a serious training issue in this store & store policies not consistent w/corp.

It took 2 people to find trash/cleanup bags. The young male greeting customers was on his personal phone & seemed upset that I was interrupting him.

The sales associate was very friendly and took me to the product I was looking for and didn't just direct me to the aisle.

I love getting in and out without any problems , today was great!!!

Great location, but needs improvement with the inventory as items are out of place or out of stock. I was lucky to find everything I needed in this visit, but that doesn't happen often in this location. Mixed reviews for the the associates... Three ladies as greeters by the entrance door were too busy talking between themselves. I interacted with 3 during my visit; one was excellent, friendly and knowledgable while the other 2 were not much help or gave incorrect information. I will go back to this store because of its location but it needs a lot of improvement for me to really enjoy my experience there.

Everyone has always been very helpfull! Smiles on their faces and very knowledgeable. Easy in and easy out when getting products. Also they have awesome sales!

Zewdi is one of the few employees at this location who seems to understand the importance of customer satisfaction. If employees like her go way its gonna get pretty rough for Home Depot to stabilize a commitment to customer service

As a woman, personally shopping at Home Depot can be overwhelming. Since my husband works late, I had to stop at Home Depot to get things that my husband needed for our new home. Andre was very polite and helpful. He walked with me to find each item that I needed.

Alex is an MOD at this The Home Depot location and he consistently refuses to abide by company policy.

I could not get a sales associate to show up in the hardware section, even after 3 calls were made in-store. However, the site was exceptionally clean and organized.

I had to return a couple items - bought the wrong things It would have been a better experience if it hadn't taken quite so long but that is all in the timing - not the associate's fault that others decided to return items a few minutes before I arrived

I always get excited when planing a visit to my local The Home Depot Store, but this time a very experienced and friendly staff member took my visit to the next level. Omar who assist me during my visit was a great listener, experienced staff member that offered all his time and knowledge during my visit. I end up finding everything I was looking for. The atmosphere across the store was very please. During my visit I had different staff member interacting with me in a very professional and friendly way what makes me feel WELCOME. I recommend this store to all my family and friends
